**SPRING SPECIAL DISCOUNT** Located on Lower Sysladobsis Lake. Known as Dobsis, one of many lakes in the Western headwaters of the St Croix River. The lake is approx 11 miles long and the property is located at the Northern end of the lake. A short portage at Dennison Dam puts you into Pocomcus Lake which leads into West Grand and on to Junior, Bottle, Scraggly, Horseshoe and Norway and many smaller lakes. **Please note that the lake access is a short walk away down the property approx 600 feet.

Enjoy all seasons on Pleasant River Lake. There are nearby ATV trails, snowmobile trails, hiking, fishing, or just enjoying the peace and quiet the area offers. The property is located about 45-50 minutes from the Bangor area, Ellsworth area, Calais and the Canadian border. Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park is about an hour and a half drive, Schoodic Peninsula is about 45-50 min and the Milbridge and Cherryfield areas are about 25-30 minutes from the house. House is fully stocked.
