Wonderful place to stay! Cathlin was a great host — very responsive and friendly. The place was well-stocked with everything we needed (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.), and it was extremely clean and maintenance problems. Such a nice place and would love to stay again!

It was a great experience to stay at this place. The apartment was clean, had a nice view, affordable rent, and was very convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything you need since it's located inside the shopping mall and made it super easy to get around without needing transportation. It’s perfect for both short and long stays. The only small downside was that toilet paper wasn’t provided, so it’s good to bring your own just in case. Other than that, everything was smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and strategic place to stay in Surabaya.

This is the first time I encounter a very responsive & helpful host. Christian replied my text in less than five minutes. I booked this for my guest who lost his phone charger. Christian was helpful enough to run to the unit lending his own charger. My guest said the unit is well kept and very clean

This is the perfect place to stay if you're around Sun City! It had everything I needed.

2 things should be considered if you check in late. There is no water. You can't buy water at groceries stores, they're closed at night. And no toilet paper... Otherwise, beautiful pool, malls downstairs are wonderful. Cold AC, super big TV. But no microwave.

We chose to stay here because it’s near Graha ITS and the place is fairly affordable. It has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for up to 4 guests. The AC was cold enough to beat Surabaya’s heat. Ms. Stephanie (the host) also provided us with clean towels, blankets, and a hairdryer. The unit also had a functioning refrigerator, water heater, TV, and Wi-Fi. They also provided kitchen utensils like stove, pan, plates, and cutlery. The room wasn’t squeaky clean but it was clean and comfortable enough for us. The host was very informative, helpful, and fast response. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation near the ITS area. Good place for such price? It’s a big yes from me. Thank you Ms. Stephanie for being a great host. 🫶

Another great stay at Angel’s place, she upgraded us to her newly rennovated unit which is very chic, neat and superclean, complimented with hospitality amenities. Awesome strategic location of the apartment building with access to pool, gym and spacious parking. The café downstairs is worth the visit too 😉

Corneli's place is amazing — easy to find and located in a very strategic area. There's a convenience store right in the lobby and a food court just behind it, which is super convenient. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials like towels, shampoo, and soap. She even provides mineral water and mini snacks in the kitchen — a thoughtful touch! The air conditioning works perfectly, which is a must in Surabaya’s humid climate. Corneli is an incredibly attentive and responsive host. She was present during both check-in and check-out, and her warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for making our short trip so easy and comfortable!

My family and I had a great time here. We loved the place. The living area is spacious & clean, the linens were all clean, the building is beautiful. We loved the building facility as well. It’s got a nice pool & gym we could use! The location is great too! More than happy to return 😊

The stay was beyond excellent. The host/s were really friendly and helped with absolutely everything I needed. From organising airport pick ups, to bike rentals, to food and places to go. If you need a bike, I recommend to ask the host if he can help provide through his kind staff member Yodi, trust me it will make your life easier than trying to organise through the sketchy dealerships in surabaya. Gym was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing. The jacuzzi always hot. And the main reason I booked was for the sauna! Had a good detox almost every night of the 10 nights I stayed. The gym and sauna etc are nearly always empty which is better. The view from the apartment is so beautiful especially if you like high floors and city vibes. The mall is just downstairs, like literally 1 lift that takes you down. Access to so many food and deserts and an amazing anime store! Using grab is super easy, just put location as Vertu apartments. Best host ive had since using Airbnb. Thank you! ?

the best choice to stay if you are visiting Surabaya. the location is just right in the city, easy to reach and find if you're using vehicle. and walkable to see around. i definitely will stay at this place on my next trip!

This apartment has a perfect location with a shopping mall just downstairs. We went to the mall every day for playing, eating, and shopping. It is super convenient, especially for tourists from overseas. The reception staff are very nice and helpful. The swimming pools are also awesome; we spent 2 hours there every day. It saves money and time compared to going to water parks. Compared to my friends who stayed at the Marriott Hotel, I found my stay much more comfortable and satisfying.

great place to stay..

We are looking for a strategic place and location, right next to the mall, the hospitality of the staff can be given a thumbs up, very flexible check in & out. Clean, well equipped and spacious. the apartment lobby is good. Pool and gym facilities are also recommended. Worth it really staying here..love love

The place itself is quite affordable for 7 people. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to stay there again whenever we're visiting Surabaya.

The location is very easy to reach, the entrance is easy , the room unit is very clean very well equipped, the air conditioning is cold all 3 rooms, the communication is very fast with the owner of the rwpaon unit very fast .all steady
