Our stay was just so easy - a beautiful home with just a short walk to shops, public transport at doorstep with the added bonus of a car spot as well. Selina was a wonderful host, always so responsive and helpful!

Just a great place to stay when visiting Sydney. Steven was a wonderful host, the little unit has a comfy bed, self contained amenities and great Wi-Fi. A short walk to the train station and bus stop means travel times are quick and straight forward. Highly recommended.

We LOVED our stay - the house is perfect. One side of the house is the hosts and the other side is the AirBnB with music studio sound proofing between! Very spacious one-bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, Faen & JP had fruit, milk, butter, fresh bread and treats for our two Labradors for our arrival and other goodies to use. Very comfortable bed, lovely linen and amenities. The house also has a gorgeous verandah overlooking the park. Its very private but just a walk to an array of restaurants, supermarkets etc. and an amazing coffee shop with an awesome breakfast is a 2-minute walk around the corner. There is plenty of street parking and public transport a short walk away. The house is also fully fenced for the fur babies. Faen and JP were an absolute delight to deal with, could not have done more to make us feel more welcome and at home. Will definitely come and stay again.

We have stayed with Genie often while visiting family nearby. We enjoying catching the bus at the end of the street and making our way to the station to catch the train to the city. There are parks and walks nearby, and we regularly walk to a cafe in Asquith for coffee. Genie's place is roomy and private, with everything we need for our stay. We particularly appreciate the washing machine and drying space.

Super giving with their amenities. The kitchen is stocked with all sorts of things, and they provide ground coffee, with an excellent coffee machine too. There's a great selection of beverages - teas, coffees, milks, coconut water! Everything is above and beyond about the kitchen. The view is stunning, you can see Bungan waters from your room, and the sun shines really beautifully in the morning, right to the bed. Roy & Leslie also put instructions for just about everything, and they really do have everything. Spare blankets, beach towels, towels, a heater, two different fans, lamps abound. The walk is 10-15 minutes to Bungan & Newport beach. Both beautiful, with nice shops around. Roy & Leslie also provide good food recs for the area. Truly, a great place to stay and very private. They go above and beyond, and they also have a very cute cat who you'll be lucky to stumble across.

We loved this place! It was cosy, had everything we needed within walking distance! Perfect peaceful location! Easy to get to, easy to find, easy check in and out! Highly recommend to anyone on a wkend in Sydney

I strongly recommend Neil's place in Watson's Bay if you're looking for a quiet location outside of the city center. It was easy walking distance to both Camp Cove Beach and the South Head, perfect spots for a morning walk. It is also very close to the Watson's Bay Wharf and a quick ferry ride to both Manly and the CPD. The apartment itself was very nice. It was spotlessly clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The loaf of bread and bottle of wine were a nice touch and made me feel at home. The highlight of the apartment was the back porch, which looks onto a peaceful garden. During the rainstorm on my first day, I spent a relaxing few hours reading on the porch. Neil was very welcoming and extremely responsive to messages. I can't speak highly enough of his qualities as a host.

Fantastic place to stay a few nights in Sydney. Clean, comfortable & easy to access. The area is one of our favorites. Close to a heap of great pubs/cafes/restaurants/Paddington Markets, yet quiet enough to get a great nights sleep. We walked to the SCG for a game & even did an amazing walk all the way to The Rocks via Paddington back streets, Botanical Gardens & the Opera House (maybe uber home like we did however..). Car parking was easy for us close to the loft. Would highly recommend to all, particularly those who crave the more authentic, less touristy side of Sydney.

The song bird studio was exactly as described. I had a great time. Emanuelle was a wonderful host.

Kate included some nice touches in her place, like snacks and breakfast provisions, and Hornsby had all that we needed before heading out into the hinterland north of town

We had a very comfortable stay for a sporting long weekend in NW Sydney. Our hosts were so communicative and kind, we enjoyed a functional space that absolutely met our needs and privacy to come and go as required. Would highly recommend this Airbnb stay !

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful getaway, the fresh green plants and cozy interior really made it feel special. Would definitely recommend, especially for someone wanting somewhere close to the beach!

This accommodation was clean like a new building and could be used alone compared to other accommodations in the same price range. It rained a lot during the trip, but there was no problem at all. I didn't see any bugs inside either. They also helped me quickly and actively with my inquiries. I recommend it to others.

Very spacious and comfortable unit under the family home, felt very safe and secure, very quiet. Kind and gracious hosts, thoughtful touches. Great yard for my dog, would definitely stay again.

I just spent 3 weeks at Joanne's place in Manly. First, I had to change the dates and Joanne and Zoe were very accommodating with that (and very responsive with subsequent communications), and then the stay itself was fantastic. Everything as described, the flat is clean, comfortable and quiet and has a phenomenal view 9 floors up out over Shelley Beach and South Steyne, and the sun rises over the ocean right out the window. The neigbourhood is great beyond the beach, lots to do and eight (yes, eight) coffee shops within 100 metres (I counted). Overall I would thoroughly recommend and would love to stay there again on my annual pilgrimage to the area.

It’s always wonderful to be reminder ed that there are lovely people in this world who take pleasure in doing nice things. John is the exemplar of a true host. We experienced a perfect stay and hopefully we will stay again next time we need a bed in Balmain. Thanks again. Jo and Greg

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, felt like a home away from home all our worries disappeared it was so incredibly peaceful to wake up to, Diana and Jim were so incredibly nice and helpful, the power went out due to servere weather at 1am and they were very quick to come out in the pouring rain to get it back on straight away. Lastly the place whole place but mainly the kitchen, bathroom and laundry was so well equiped with absolutely anything we needed not once did we feel like we didn’t have anything and we were making big dinners and breakfasts every morning and night. It was so clean and well kept, 10/10 would come again next time I go to Sydney definitely

We definitely lucked out with this Airbnb! Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He’s also easy to talk to and very approachable. Location wise, there are lots of restos nearby and the supermarket is just down the street so the amenities are perfect! The metro was down during our stay but the bus stops were also very convenient. Lastly, the place was simply beautiful and was a joy to wake up to every morning. Thank you Scott and your family for letting us stay here! We’ll be back for sure :)

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Sally’s house in Chatswood. The place was spotlessly clean, peaceful, and exactly as described—a perfect little retreat with a lovely garden view. We especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was, with all the appliances and dining wares we needed. It allowed us to enjoy a cozy date night with homemade roast beef and broccoli, which made our stay even more memorable. Sally was a thoughtful and responsive host throughout our visit. A special thank-you to her for kindly helping me find my ring during the post-checkout cleaning—we truly appreciated the care and effort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Sydney!

The loft behind Sharon’s house is roomy with a double bed, table, chairs, sofa, closet, cabinet, flatscreen TV, full size fridge, small kitchen with Nespresso machine and a bathroom with shower. The loft is clean and tidy, got to through a walk down a pathway of plants and greenery beside the house and through the back garden. There is plenty of roadside parking outside the property. Sharon is friendly and communicate well. She brought us some macarons she made and some cookies the morning we checked out. We enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely studio in a great part of Sydney. Mike is very organised which made check-in and everything else incredibly easy. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Mike!
