From the courtyard with the parking space you can access the furnished terrace (20 m²) barrier-free via the ramp and from there to the ground floor (56 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area with sofa bed (1.40 x 2.0 m lying surface). On the gallery (17 m²) is the sleeping area for 2 people (double bed 1.8 x 2 m and a reading corner. The bathroom (7 m²) with extra-wide access door has a floor-level shower in addition to the toilet and sink. The shed has space for bicycles.

We offer cozy rooms in our house. These are located in our lovingly furnished sewing cafe right next to the large converted water tower. You can quickly reach the train station (about 2 minutes' walk), the city center / old town with the most beautiful weekly market in Europe (about 8 minutes' walk) or the Weser cycle path. This proximity characterizes the location of our house and is ideal for a break as a couple, solo traveler, cyclist, trade fair visitor (Hanover) and much more.

AUSZEITHAUS with sauna and infrared cabin

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The building is charmingly located directly on the edge of one of our former heathland sheep pastures. Our apartment is suitable for two/four adults and up to two children. Fair sleep attic studio

One-room attic studio in the oldest part of our family farm. Bright, cheerful room with one double bed and one single bed, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. You access the room via an external spiral staircase leading to the adjoining small roof terrace with views over the fields. Ideal for cyclists, fitters, and those on short vacations. There is a charging station for electric vehicles. There is a fee for use, which is billed on site.

In the historic farmhouse there are 6 lovingly designed guest rooms and large living and recreation areas. In the hall, 20 people can easily dine together. There are plenty of retreats and cozy niches by the fireplace. The garden beckons with outdoor seating, swings and a fireplace for long campfire evenings or a walk in the park. Nearby, a large forest invites you to hike or bike. The house is quietly located and has no direct neighbors.

Cozy, partly antique, yet modernly furnished rooms. Each room has its own style. This room is located in a country house, with several residential complexes. It is on the ground floor with a separate entrance, large double bed, bathroom, TV. In the hallway there is a small safe, mini fridge, kettle and Tassimo machine. The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.
