Xavier is a very welcoming, human and caring host, he did not hesitate to take the necessary initiatives to offer me a pleasant stay by offering me good places to eat. I came to Arras to take a very stressful exam and I found in this apartment, the calm and tranquility I needed to settle down and study calmly. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and especially if you like ducks🦆!

Thanks Michel. Excellent stay, very comfortable. Very friendly person. Very well located apartment, free street parking and easy to park. I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Maryse was friendly and responsive to our needs. We arrived not feeling well and she made us feel comfortable and checked in with us daily. She even upgraded our room to a larger space which was very appreciated. We felt right at home.
