Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Lori's place was fantastic, and she and her husband made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was amazing and very relaxing; it truly felt like home. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to because my family and I were truly amazed. We'll be recommending Lori's place to all our family and friends visiting the Cape. With Onset Beach just down the street and a short drive to the Cape, you don't have to go far to enjoy a beautiful beach.

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Nicole’s place was perfect for the two of us in town for our nephew’s college graduation. The place is spacious enough to gather a few family members together before dinner and is convenient to Federal Hill restaurants and other downtown venues. Nicole’s communication was excellent. We had an issue with the parking space being taken (unauthorized evidently) and Nicole responded immediately and gave us another space in the garage. We were happy with our stay!

Diana is a very responsive and kind host. We had a designated parking spot in the back, avoiding the hassle of finding parking. The airbnb was very clean and all of the listed amenities worked. If you are planning to stay in Boston, this is the place to be, as everything is driving distance. Just keep in mind that this is on a 3rd floor walkup. I would definitely stay here again!

Thanh’s place was really nice and comfortable for the four of us. We spent most of our time in Boston and Ubers were easy to get and at a good price after 9:30am. Highly recommend!

My family and I just spent 2 nights at Quang's place in Milton. We were there for my son's graduation in Boston. The apartment looks just like it does online, was super clean, nice neighborhood, ample parking and easy to get to Boston. Quang and Jenny were wonderful hosts and a pleasure to work with. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of places to sleep. The kitchen is very nice and updated. I was a little worried because we ended up bringing 3 cars, but there were 2 off street parking places for us and it was very easy to park on the street right in front of the house. The only down side for me was that all of the beds were basically on the floor, low to the ground like an air mattress would be. I am pretty tall and have very bad knees, so it was quite challenging and painful for me. They were very comfortable to sleep in, and I am only mentioning this because I would have liked to have known this before I booked.

We were here for a wedding at Ocean Edge. The accommodations were great and perfect location!

Beautiful area, accommodations as described. Would definitely recommend. Only issue was the keyless entry did not work on arrival, but with one phone issue was resolved.

Had a great weekend at Josh’s place! Smooth booking process, great communication, easy checkin. The space was clean and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely recommend both Josh as a host and this location as a Cape getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the place was very comfortable. The instructions as well as the check-in were easy and simple! Communicating with Jeff was also super easy. This pace was super convenient for us as we were participating in a weekend golfing event at Captains Golf Course which is located very close to Ocean Edge Resort. The home is lovely and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this place!

Stephen’s place was a gem. And fun, quirky decor that just took it up another level. It was the perfect place for a long weekend! Stephen was great to work with and very communicative.

Loved the location and the apartment was facing the water, which meant a light cool breeze most of the time all day and night. The 2 bedroom apt was very clean and spacious and the 5 of us did not get in each of our ways. While inside, we did not hear any noise from our next door neighbors and sliding doors silenced any outdoor noise. The AC was cold and very comfortable. Amenities including additional outdoor access to a peaceful water area with picnic tables, Adirondack chairs was a huge plus. Indoor pool helped too with two little ones. Beach parking passes at a discount. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces. Would recommend and we would stay again.

This is our second time staying here and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Conveniently located on the island but our favorite part is the tranquil, peaceful setting. The property abuts a wooded park which is perfect for walking and bird watching. We love the relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely be back again! Diana and Frank

What an absolute pleasure it was staying at the Nautical Nest! We were welcomed to a *sparkling* clean home and settled in right away. There was something for everyone. My husband loved the exceptionally large tv in the livingroom; there were also tvs in the bedrooms. I loved all of the natural light and cooking in the open floor plan kitchen. The pups were loving life in that massive fenced in yard. Sadly we weren’t there longer but hope to return again. The hosts were exceptional: very responsive, friendly, and checked in to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend staying here!

Very nicely appointed and recently renovated/decorated Cape Cod ranch house with shore touches through out. Pretty much everything one could ask for including great location. I am sure the coming additional improvements will make it even a better place to stay.

Jacqueline’s listing was a lovely place to stay! The home was incredibly neat, tidy, and had many necessities available in the event you forgot something. The ladder to access the full size bed was not very sturdy, but there was a pull out couch available that offered just as much bedding and was surprisingly very comfortable! I would highly recommend staying here.

This was our second time staying at Joshua and Amanda’s home and we loved it so much. The house is perfect for our whole family to gather and great with two toddlers. The property is private and peaceful, the kitchen is great for cooking big family dinners, and the beds are comfy! We love exploring Little Compton and Tiverton — the house is convenient to the Art Café, park, tennis courts, playground, and trails. It’s a quick ride to the beach and Four Corners. Great for a family or anyone looking for a serene retreat. We’ll be back!
