Horizon | Hot/Cold Tub, Fireplaces, Sauna, EV Plug

What a beautiful place. We felt right at home, and spend several hours just decompressing on the spacious deck with a spectacular view. Watched storms drift across the valley, and bird of prey swoop across the skies. Sounds of nature everywhere, and all the comforts of home inside. The interior is thoughtfully appointed, and has just enough without over doing the comfortably compact space. The car charger was also extremely appreciated. Many choices of easy daily adventures, too. We enjoyed Luray, Sperryville and DuCard Vineyards. Thank you Skyline Properties for a wonderful stay.

Mountain hideaway near Wardensville & Capon Bridge

GabeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This place was everything I hoped it would be and more. The high wood ceiling and huge windows made it feel open and peaceful, and the natural light during the day was incredible. It’s the kind of space that instantly makes you feel calm. The couch is insanely comfortable… I spent way more time on it than I planned, just relaxing and enjoying the quiet. Everything was super clean, and you can tell the host put real thought into making it feel like home. The whole experience was smooth and easy from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, clear your head, or just enjoy a few peaceful days somewhere beautiful… this is it.! I’d absolutely stay here again.

Cabin on 17 acres by National Forest

BrianRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is a beautiful retreat that has recently been renovated with what feels like top of the line furnishings including leather couches and an amazing soaking tub with a view. The kitchen had all the supplies I needed to make a wonderful supper with things from a local market. There is a nice mowed path to a stream in the woods. The place is hard to find from the road due to some mapping errors, but once you find it it's worth the wait.

Charming Cabin in Fern Field, Lake 2 mi, Fishing

EmilyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Cute place out in nature. You cannot hear or see any neighbors - it’s definitely remote, which is what we were looking for. Julia’s place was very clean and had lots of nice “extra” amenities (kayaks, paddle board, instruments, coffee frother, hammock, and more). Would recommend.

"The Turtle" Romantic Luxury Cabin in Shenandoah

JenniferRating, 5 starstoday
Morry has been an excellent host and responsive with any questions we had! The cabin's location is so convenient! About 10 minutes drive to the nearest major retail grocery store / fast food chains and 15 minute drive into Luray's city center for additional options on cafes and restaurants. Nearest Shenandoah Entrance will be Thornton Gap Entrance (24 minutes). With everything in a reasonable vicinity, makes planning so much easier and allowed us more time to spend on trails/relaxing. The cabin itself is gorgeous and well equipped with needed amenities! The hot tub was a big hit after coming back from hiking and a great way to end the day with a good soak. Appreciate Morry for allowing us to stay at this beautiful cabin and can't wait to be back!

The Bird's Nest - Cabin by the River

AaronRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
My wife and I stayed at The Bird's Nest for our honeymoon and it definitely felt like we had to leave to soon. The house is beautiful just like the area around it. Even with it having rained constantly for most of our time there we really enjoyed our stay. It was incredibly private and secluded but also felt close enough the town of Woodstock that you could just go pop into town for a bit. It also felt like there was lots of fun outdoor activities and restaurants within about an hour of the cabin. The outdoor space is great for getting to be outside even with a little rain. We definitely want to come back at some point if possible.

Ascent at Lost River (cozy cabin with views)

AngeliqueRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Although the weather sequestered us in for most of the trip, it was comfortable and perfect for what we needed away from the noise of the world. The town is charming, the people beautiful, open, and receptive and the one hike we got in at the park was worth it! ❤️

EagleRockCozyCabin hot tub/private/outdoor firepit

A great cabin for a weekend getaway. We really appreciated all of Sabita’s recommendations for local wineries and trails. Photos and description matched the home very well. One thing to note, the cabin is off of a main road, and at times we felt like the road noise was pretty noticeable, not a huge deal, just not super tucked away/private. We would definitely stay in the future and highly recommend.
