Monthly Rentals in Ward Lake

Judy is a warming host to those who just want to relax and enjoy a lil bit of the PNW. She is very friendly and welcoming. There is no A/C but if you bring a portable fan for those one-off scorchers, you’ll be good to go. Would stay again. -James

Place was pristine. Only had one problem, where hot water wasn’t working. But it was fixed so quickly it’s doesn’t even count as a complaint in my book. She was got it fixed promptly and was friendly

This place was absolutely stunning and truly I was sad to leave. Immediately upon entering I felt right at home in the space. This is not like the average Airbnb that has secondhand furniture, bare minimum kitchen utensils and a cheap makeover— rather, every detail is perfectly curated for comfort, style, and convenience. They even had my favorite tea! The backyard is small, private, and absolutely stunning. My only regret is that I didn’t have more time to spend in the hammock. The location feels immensely private and located in a peaceful neighborhood, yet is conveniently about 5 minutes off the freeway. I would love to come back. This experience really restored my faith in Airbnb and set the bar high 💕

We were extremely satisfied with the property and its location. (Safeway two blocks away, Costco and Walmart within 1 1/2 miles) Ned and Joann were responsive to our request to extend our stay. Their neighbors Ted, Christine and Carolyn welcomed us to the neighborhood as well, even giving us peanut brittle and garlic pretzels as a departing gift. Love the property, love the neighborhood. Ee higly recommend it.
