Highly recommend and would return. We were two couples visiting in winter with dogs (one from Sydney and Brisbane) for 4 nights. It's a wonderful home lovingly restored and fitted with modern conveniences. An exceptionally well equiped kitchen that we put to good use for shared meals. So many fabulous spots in and around the house and gardens to soak up the serenity and reconnect. We arrived and really stayed put - we didn't want to leave. Going for adventures (or a pub meal) was a 15-20 min country car ride so we planned ahead to bring what we needed to relax and enjoy - and we did! This property is a lovely example of the best of Airbnb - where hosts trusts their guests and generously make their home available to enjoy. Thank you

Driving along the beautiful windy road approaching the property… daily worries just slip away… The natural beauty of Upper Coopers Creek seeps into me and is healing. I love it there so much. The little house is right on the creek. You can hear the water flowing. It is so soothing. The house is beautiful and simple and has everything that you need. The shower is outside on the deck over the creek and that is a luxury that is indescribable. We both loved our weekend there and will be back for longer next time.

This was a unique yet amazing experience! Being amongst wildlife and with great people really made for a fantastic stay and I would 100% do it again. Great value for money too. Couldn't recommend it enough!

This house is situated in an absolutely stunning setting. Cliffs and waterfalls behind and dense bush and rainforest around. A lovely open space around the house to explore. The house is open and comfortable. It’s got decent wifi but no phone reception (which was perfect for us). Any hiccups were deftly and rapidly handled, and communication was excellent.
