Beachfront vacation rentals in Walvis Bay

We have stayed in quite a few units in the area and can make a good comparison. The view is the best we have ever had. Breathtaking view from the bedroom to the living room and dining room. The beach is literally on your back porch. I can certainly recommend the Airbnb home.

Aside from the location of check in, everything was really wonderful. The unit is in a great location and it’s large and clean and comfortable.

Conrad’s place is just fantastic if you’re looking to experience life like a local! It’s only a short walk from the city center, making it an ideal spot to explore everything the city has to offer. Conrad is such a great host—super responsive and incredibly helpful. He shared some wonderful recommendations that really enhanced our stay!

Our stay was amazing! The photos don't actually do it justice - it's gorgeous. Has everything you need. Nice big garden for the dogs, and it was a short walk down to the beach, which was a big plus for us. And very well situated between town and the mall. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome place with a huge yard - perfect for the dogs. The flat was beautifully fitted out and we felt right at home. Fenya had thoughtfully provided drinks, firewood and treats and a water bowl for the dogs. We will definitely be coming back!

Wir hatten als Freundeskreis eine Wohnung gesucht, wo jeder ein eigenes Zimmer hatte und wir trotzdem einen großen gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum hatten - genau das bietet diese Wohnung. Außerdem eine wunderbare Aussicht direkt auf den Strand und das Meer! die Altstadt ist fußläufig innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar und die Straßen dort sind unter guter Bewachung. Wenn die Wohnung nächstes mal wieder frei ist und wir in großer Gruppe unterwegs sind, würden wir ohne zu zögern dort wieder Ferien machen!

Fantastic stay. Right on the beach. Quiet and clean. Laurette was great and helped me out finding a dentist while i was in town. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

A wonderful house, beautifully designed and very well equipped, looked even better than the photos, great location by the beach, good for body boarding, interesting to look out onto the tankers, but sad to see washed up dead seals. Tanja was great and responded quickly to any questions and minor issues.

This penthouse apartment was amazing. We stayed 3 nights. It reminded off a hotel. The 3 bedrooms were large and with ther own toilets and showers. The view was incredibly and the standard was very high with cleaning every day and nice and polite staff at the reception. There was plenty off space to be private and social at the same time.if travelling in groups or with more familymembers together. The distance to Swarkopmund and Velvis Bay was no problem when having a car. We enjoyed to stay in a calm not crowded area. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

My friends and me had a fantastic time at this beautiful place. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. The place is really huge. There are actually 5 bedrooms, while i think the decription said 4. The place was very clean and tidy and the communication with everyone in the team was excellent. When the power and warm water went out, the team immediately send someone to fix it. We would definitely come again, we felt very much home here.

Kaupu was so helpful, even before we checked in. Her home was spotless and so comfortable. The most comfortable bed I've slept in, other than my own!! A stunning view of the lagoon, right on the esplanade and within walking distance of the raft restaurant. Such lovely little touches all over the home, that we felt quite at home. We will look Kaupu up every time we need a stay in Walvis Bay!

I was truly impressed by Katharina’s place in Swakopmund. We were warmly welcomed on time, and upon arrival, we found the space spotless and exceptionally well-kept. The property is located in a secure complex, just a short walk from the sea, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The experience felt like a home away from homecomfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully prepared. Communication with our hosts was seamless and prompt throughout. Thank you once again for such a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning!

We loved staying at Anita’s. The place itself was cozy and had everything you’d want for a short or long term stay (the kitchen had all the tools and appliances). The city centre and a shopping area was an easy walk away, a nice walk right along the beach. Anita herself was lovely and helpful all the way through.

Perfect place to stay with family. Direct to the beach and 15 minutes from Walvis and Swakopmund. Communication with the host is excellent. Thanks for the stay!

This was a great stay. Comfortable for curious boys who love exploring and kick a ball. Easy access to the beach which high energy boys loved. It was definitely home away from home! Comfortable and secure! Thank you for opening your home to us.

Appartement/hôtel très agréable. Logement privé mais situé dans un hôtel, dont on peut bénéficier des services (réception, room service, petit-déjeuner etc.). L'accueil des voyageurs est effectué par la réception de l'hôtel. Très belle vue sur la plage. Langstrand est très résidentiel mais le logement est situé au-dessus du seul restaurant de la ville (correct). Situé entre Swakopmund et Walvis Bay, l'emplacement permet de rejoindre ces deux villes pour les activités dans la région. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité et le confort, cet endroit est parfait. L'appartement est vaste, moderne et très confortable. Il n'y a pas de possibilité de cuisiner (seul un micro-onde et un frigo) mais cela nous convenait parfaitement.

It's a cosy apartment opposite the lagoon. The apartment is very spacious and neat.

We enjoyed our stay enormously. The manager of the house went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The host, Wilmarize knew we liked special coffees and had the manager purchase a coffee machine for us which we thought was extremely thoughtful. There were only 2 of us for most of the 6 weeks we were there and the house as listed is large and big enough for many more guests. The view is magnificent and we enjoyed our long walks on the beach. I would recommend upgrading the kitchen cabinets. Once again I have to thank Mirna (the manager) who went out of her way to ensure we were happy.
