The couch effortlessly transforms into a comfortable queen sized bed (NOT a fold out couch). Enjoy the sound of birds and landscaping views outside of the large windows. Please note that there is a 15' wide alley providing access to the property. It is well-lit with many actively-monitored cameras- but it is still an alley.
