We booked a last minute stay at Matt’s airbnb - and we have zero regrets! The space is so clean, nice, and exactly what the pictures showed! The kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee, hot cocoa, and tea. The televisions were so nice with the high definition! There were fans in our rooms that we were able to plug in which was super thoughtful! It was such a quiet and peaceful area which made our little getaway perfect, you can even hear the running water from the outdoors if you open your window! Matt was very responsive and even checked in with us- which really stood out to us! We loved staying there so much we recommended it to our family who is coming to visit - they immediately booked their stay! We can’t say enough great things about Matt and his charming airbnb. We absolutely will stay here again!

Historic house on a beautiful property. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need along with top of the line stove and oven. Make cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable!

We enjoyed our stay. we felt at home. very spacious and cozy. this house has everything you need for your stay. Very close to Rutland. The fresh baked apple pie was a bonus. It was so delicious. Everything was perfect for us! Thank you! We will definitely be back again!

We had an amazing stay! The house is lovely and very comfortable, perfect for going skiing at mount snow and cross country skiing and prospect mountain. We were really glad to have picked it. The house is spacious, we all had a lot of room to ourselves, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The farm is gorgeous. Great grocery stores nearby. Sharon was amazing - so helpful when a winter storm threatened to make it hard for us to drive home. She offered us extra time or even another night discounted, which was really generous. She also communicated with friends to help us determine if the road back to NYC had been cleared. We are so grateful for her help! We hope to return in warmer weather to enjoy the farm even more.

Dan & Holly are amazing hosts. They provided everything needed to make our week great. They left dining recommendations and all of the information we needed for the property. It was the perfect space for our family. The on-site amenities were great. The pool space was super clean and the staff was amazing. The property is well maintained and we had everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Downtown Rutland was a short drive, and there was so much to see just minutes from the property. Dan & Holly are extremely responsive and truly think of everything. We had no questions and checking in and out was a breeze because they are so thorough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Jake's house was the perfect fit for our family. It was spacious allowing for us to spread out if we needed personal space but also perfectly suited for hanging out together in the family room and kitchen area. The bedrooms were large and there were many options to choose where to sleep. The house was very clean and beautiful overall. I had a few questions and Jake was quick to respond. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a very relaxing stay. Plenty of space to stretch out. Located within 10-15 min. of Keene State activities, the purpose of our trip. Bryan was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Instructions were clear, directions very helpful. Everything we needed!!

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. P.S. the new stove/oven is amazing!! 🤩

Really nice peaceful place to stay. Was super clean and a most interesting house with many antiques, brought back many memories from childhood. Host was very responsive and very friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

The space is great for larger parties to sit together and enjoy dinner or hanging out. In the center of town yet quiet and felt like home away from home. The fireplace and access to firewood was great. Chris was friendly to communicate with and responded quickly. We were all very happy with our stay

It's possible I've never given 5 stars and checked every chip for an airbnb. This space was absolutely stunning. Such beautiful and peaceful surrounding, loads of clean and comfortable towels, the most comfortable beds (if you like firm beds), the sauna was amazing and smelled so good too, the host was responsive, flexible, friendly, and accommodating, and the interior design and comfort of the home because of its lighting, games, kitchen, living space... just everything, absolutely pristine.

We absolutely loved our stay at Barbara’s home! It was spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults and 1 child with no issue. The kitchen is well appointed, allowing us to cook meals throughout our stay. We had a small storm roll through, which dropped 5” of snow overnight (great for our next day on the mountain!), and we were thrilled to see that the driveway and walkway had been cleared prior to 7am. The bedrooms were comfortable and the view from the great room is truly stunning. Would love to stay here again! Thank you, Barbara!

Lovely stay at Ellen’s farm house. Peaceful and charming. Very responsive and kind host. Would come back!

Gene was the absolute best from before our trip started until the very end! His retreat was beautiful and very well kept with great amenities, looking forward to check it out in the summer!

Lindsay and Wes' place is a beautifully modernized traditional farmhouse. It is spacious, with comfortable living areas and one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen. The bed was comfortable and the towels are LARGE and fluffy. Out every window are peaceful farmland views. Lindsay and Wes were perfect hosts, giving us privacy but letting me know that they were there to help with anything. Loved our stay and would love to come back if we are in the area again.

Julie was a great host. The house is tucked away so it’s a bit hard to find but her directions helped us find it easily. The yard was great for the dogs and the dogs loved the beds and dog toys. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We were very happy to be able to stay in a dog friendly place so we could see family for Easter. Thank you!

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the pristine kitchen, was perfection and made our trip unforgettable. Judith went above and beyond in every way, and clearly thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with Without question, this property sets the gold standard for all Airbnb rentals. If every Airbnb were like this one, hotel chains would be out of business. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will absolutely be back. Mahalo you for an exceptional stay and A Hui Hou!

The host, Suzanne, was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions and requests. We had a lovely time at the house. It was relaxing and comfortable. We also were thrilled to schedule horse riding lessons while visiting. The trainer, Jayda was an excellent teacher! The location is an easy drive to Stratton, Brattleboro, and Manchester. We also went to the Newfane Market, where you can get excellent sandwiches and a variety of delicious scratch baked goods. We had a laid-back, peaceful stay. All the conveniences that we needed! Very cozy and comfortable! Beautifully neat and clean and totally loved instructions for each room. Very thorough in extreme details on how to utilize the her home. Looking forward to coming back again.

My husband and I spent a long last winter weekend here. The condo was perfect for ski on/off and we enjoyed a day on the mountain. Though the weather wasn’t great the whole time, Brittany & Jen were quick to send recommendations for things to do, trails to hike and their favorite restaurants. So close to lots of great spots in this little mountain town. We would absolutely stay here again

We had a wonderful time at the mirror house. Loved relaxing in the hot tub and sauna and there are great views to watch for wildlife. it had everything we needed for a long weekend away. Everything was clean and in great shape.

We loved the little touches too - the record player, local art, etc. and it was the best nights sleep I've had in months. one of my favorite air BNB experiences to date.
