There is direct access to the living room a large sun terrace with awning. The apartment is for single travelers, families with children, Business travelers and seniors (apartment is on the ground floor and is barrier-free) suitable. There are 2 parking spaces available for holiday guests. For cyclists or motorcyclists there is the possibility of storing the vehicles in a garage and charging the batteries for e-bikes.

The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

The studio is perfectly equipped whether you stay one night or a week, it's like a hotel but better. Our house is the winner of the 2006 Farmhouse Competition. Our approx. 50 square meter apartment is lovingly equipped with a sleeping gallery and living room (sleeps 4), kitchenette with dishwasher, underfloor heating, etc.
