Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! For 4 people or more, we offer a portable air bed 180 × 200 meters - comfortable, but not the quality of a box spring bed! We look forward to seeing you!

Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 1 x 5 steps and 3 x 15 steps to manage. We have installed 3 ceiling fans at the moment the one in the living room is broken, This is a non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking area behind the house (garage number 3 on the right side of the yard) where you can also sit comfortably.
