Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Welcome to our small, cozy apartment. There is no through traffic here. It is an ideal starting point for interesting hikes, climbing or mountain biking in the Palatinate Forest. The region on the beautiful Southern Wine Route is also known as "Tuscany of Germany". In the middle of the Palatinate Forest, in the largest contiguous forest area in Germany. From here you can explore the beautiful landscape with its castles, rocks, viewpoints and huts.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
