The listing is located at the beginning of the pedestrian area of Saverne. You will have easy access to bars, restaurants, shops. As well as the Château des Rohan just a short walk away. You will be ideally located during the seasonal festivities (beer festival, music, carnival, Christmas market). Close to the train station and free parking nearby. 31 m2 studio ideal for a couple, comprising a living room with a large bed, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

This home has a large living room, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom as well as 3 beautiful bedrooms each with a different theme. Venez près de Saverne passer un moment agréable dans un 2 pièces cosy où vous vous sentirez comme chez vous :) Vous y trouverez un accueil chaleureux et tout le confort nécessaire avec 1 chambre , 1 salon avec cuisine ouverte et 1 salle de bain. Vous pourrez profiter du jardin avec jeux pour enfants. Nous ne sommes pas très loin du Royal Palace de Kirrwiller.
