On top of the world in this second level unit of a multi-unit house. Lovely views from the scenic deck over looking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. We want to be courteous of all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

Due to customer requests, we are changing our 7 night stay from Sat to Sat to Sun to Sun during June, July and August with a 10% weekly or a 20% monthly discount available. We suggest a 7 night min stay as shorter rentals are not cost effective. Possible 4 night min pre and post season (Apr, May, Sep and Oct) rental. We accept reservations up to 12 months in advance.
