Completed in 2020, the 57 sqm vacation home offers two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom + rain shower as well as a Finnish sauna (50-70 degrees) and a wood-burning stove. An ambience that makes even cold and rainy days cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows and from the 40 sqm terrace is directed to the large outdoor area and invites you to relax outside in direct contact with nature. Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June–August), our sunken pool (heated by solar energy – so the water temperature depends on the hours of sunshine) in the garden can also be used.

The new wooden terrace with large seating area and a wonderful view offers pure relaxation. The holiday home offers generous space for 6 - 8 people with approx. 120 m².
