Lovely house with huge garden in quiet area + WIFI

On the ground floor is a living room of 25 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has an adjustable Auping bed (160x200cm). The house is fully equipped and there are enough towels, bed sheets and pillows for all of the guests. Fast and reliable WIFI available. WARNING: the stairs are steep and have short steps. This house is not suitable for kids. Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. TOURIST TAX: a tourist tax of 1,25 Euro per person per night needs to be paid in cash on arrival.

Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

I do not rent a house or a complete apartment. The guest area is on the first floor of my house; In which I live in the ground floor. Depending on the size of the group, I combine single, index bed and triple rooms. There is a bathroom on the floor for all guests. On request, and only then, my guests can also use my kitchen. However, there is no claim. In any case, I continue to use my kitchen in time.

We spent an extended weekend with three people + dog in Ralf & Marina's vacation home and felt very comfortable there. All rooms are spacious, cozy and equipped down to the last detail, so we didn't miss anything. We particularly enjoyed the wellness area with hot tub and sauna. The view of the countryside was wonderful and the fully fenced garden was a big plus for the dog. Beautiful walks can be started directly from the vacation home. We were able to reach the supermarket, bakery and gas station in a few minutes by car. We say thank you for a great stay and recommend the vacation home without restriction!

What a beautiful location! Had a very nice weekend in this nice clean accommodation.

After a warm welcome and personal tour, the key was received. You can have a nice homemade cup of coffee that you are ready after a 3-hour drive. How wonderfully quiet it is and we slept well. Also enjoyed the garden on the beautiful terrace with flowering chestnut trees, canyons and strawberries in the making. The two nights were quickly over. Nice a dining table to sit at and a kitchen to work in. For someone with walking disabilities less suitable due to the various small height differences in the floor.

We stayed at Guido's place for 10 days and had a really great break. It was very quiet as the property is located in a quiet little residential area. Within walking distance is a canal where you can walk nicely. If you just want to get out and not part of the party mice, you can spend great days here with movie nights, books and games. Day trips to the Netherlands are great, Emmen is 40 minutes away in Groningen about 1 hour. The internet connection is great too! We loved it and would recommend it!

It was great, we were in the area for a bottle and chose that accommodation because of the location. It was much better than expected. Very nice and clean, everything you need was available. Super nice and incredibly quiet. We will definitely come back again. Greetings Eddy and Iwona

Not often encountered a rental house that is so clean! The house has all the comforts. A enclosed garden (nice for the dog). But little privacy when the neighbors are also in the garden. Some vegetation against the gate would make it cozier. The house is in a (holiday) park but for children there is not much to do. The restaurant and midget golf was often closed. Maybe open more often in summer season. The blankets are allowed a little thicker in the cold time, especially because we sleep with the window open. The park is located close to the highway, but fortunately that doesn't bother you much. So fine house that is very well taken care of, but we found the location a little less, but that is of course personal.
