Vacation rentals with a patio in Wałbrzych County

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment. It had everything we needed – well-equipped with utensils, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and even a washing machine (though we didn’t end up using it, it was great to have it available). The sofa was comfortable to sleep on, and the sauna was a fantastic bonus – a real added value to our stay. There were plenty of games available for kids, both desktop and PlayStation, and having access to Netflix was a nice touch. The neighborhood and apartment complex were quiet, and the parking space was spacious enough for our car. The area is very walkable, and the town itself is charming and offers plenty of things to do and explore.

Krasny velky apartman so vsetkym co potrebujete. Cistota bola naozaj vynimocna. Mesto Kudowa Zdroj ponuka naozaj skvele restauracie. Odporucam prechadzku v parku. Velmi odporucam.

My mother and I stayed in Lukasz's apartment for a week, and we were so happy with our choice to book! The price we paid was comparable with hotels in Katy Wroclawskie, but the apartment was so much better - it became our little sanctuary after days visiting family, the area, and Wroclaw. Everything was exactly as described, and as seen in the photos. The peaceful garden outside gives you access to some outdoor space too which was a lovely extra! All appliances and amenities inside the apartment are new, modern and in pristine condition. The apartment block is very peaceful and quiet, and in a nice newly developed area of Katy Wroclawskie, with a supermarket next door, a pizza restaurant a 2 minute walk away and an easy, straight, 15 minute walk to the town centre, and 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Lukasz was very responsive, proactive and helpful. We would love to stay here again next time we're in the area! Thank you :)

Super schönes und sauberes Apartment. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns auf Anhieb wirklich wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, dennoch ist man schnell im Zentrum mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Apartment ist in einem tadellosen Zustand, alles ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Leider haben wir nur 1 Tag hier verbringen können, doch wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen, der sich ein paar schöne Tage in Jelenia Gora machen möchte!

Het huisje is praktisch en prettig ingericht. Door het hele huisje zijn haakjes waar je je spullen kunt ophangen, ook in de badkamer. Dat is heel prettig! Ook het tweede toilet boven is zeer aangenaam. Het is beneden lekker koel, ook als het buiten warm is. Het huisje is met zorg ingericht en daardoor heel gezellig. Zeker een aanrader!

Das Haus liegt direkt an der Skipiste. Ein großes Grundstück, ein Grill und Holz für den Grill sind vorhanden. Andrzej hat uns persönlich empfangen, alles erklärt und gezeigt. Im Haus gibt es zwei Toiletten und Duschen – perfekt für zwei kleine Familien. Alles im Haus ist mit Liebe gestaltet. Ein besonderes Dankeschön für das kleine Geschenk. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts wenig Schnee, und die Lifte waren nicht in Betrieb, aber darauf hatte der liebe Andrzej natürlich keinen Einfluss;). Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Bardzo sympatyczne miejsce, z pięknym widokiem, spokój dokoła. Gospodarz służy podpowiedziami, co warto odwiedzić w okolicy. Dla najmłodszych plac zabaw na terenie ośrodka. W zimowe wieczory dostępna sauna. Słowem, polecam.

The views are absolutely stunning! Additionally, the host was very friendly and responsive to messages.

Domek wzięliśmy na cały weekend. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Domek jest położony w spokojnym miejscu, z pięknymi widokami. Z tarasu można podziwiać zachód słońca nad górami :) Blisko do atrakcji i szlaków. Wyposażenie na bardzo wysokim poziomie - wszystko jak w domu; kuchenka, pralka, zmywarka, żelazko itd. W ogrodzie sauna oraz grill. Miejsce parkingowe przed domkiem. Bardzo polecam :)

Razem ze znajomymi przyjechałem odpocząć od zgiełku miasta do cichego domku na wzgórzu. Pokoje czyste, właściciele zadbali o porządne wyposażenie domku- ręczniki, pięknie pachnąca pościel, sprzęt do grilla, porządne wyposażenie kuchni w sprzęty i naczynia. Przede wszystkim w domku panuje magiczny klimat klasycznego góralskiego drewnianego domu, który pomaga w odpoczynku. Pomimo okresu przedsylwestrowego trafiliśmy na bardzo ciepłą pogodę, co pozwoliło na łatwy podjazd do domku- jednak przy opadach śniegu i oblodzeniu radziłbym zaopatrztć się w łańcuchy. Dodatkowym plusem jest przepiękna okolica- zamek Grodno, jezioro, restauracja Regata nad wodą (pyszne jedzenie polecamy!) oraz oświetlona tama. Właściciele włożyli serce w budowę domu i równie dużo pracy włożyli, aby nasz pobyt w ich domku pozostawił na naszych twarzach uśmiechy zadowolenia. Polecam! 12/10!❤️

Nice stay. The lady who take cares of the house was really helpful and friendly. It's possible to get local products: bread, eggs, sausages.
