Monthly Rentals in Wake County

Had a nice stay! Easy check in and designated parking space was nice too. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of food options nearby and a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again if I’m ever back in the area.

Nerissa’s place is charming and clean. And convenient to everything. We were in town for a wedding and the location was in the middle of everything we had to do. The yard is beautiful with a fire pit we never had the opportunity to use. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Nerissa for sharing your lovely home. We highly recommend this beautiful home.

This was the perfect place for over overnight stay. Everything was first class and you can tell how much they care! Clean, comfortable with anything you could think of. The outdoor space in the back was quaint, well landscaped and I loved having my coffee out there! Kimberly was super responsive and a joy to deal with. Would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice location, and it had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend in Raleigh.
