Our stay at Shyam’s place was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The communication was prompt and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The property has got this very bohemian vibe but also it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This will certainly be in top of our list to stay in Pune, we would highly recommend it.

property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

GREAT STAY!!! I BOOKED THE PLACE FOR 2 NIGHTS AND WAS NOT SURE IF IT WILL BE GOOD ENOUGH IN A LOCATION LIKE HINJEWADI. IT TURNED OUT TO BE THE BEST STAY I LIVED IN SO FAR. YOU GET A PRIVATE BUNGLOW ALL TO YOURSELF AND IT IS SO WELL MAINTAINED. THE HOST IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ONE MUST TRY THIS PLACE WITHOUT A DOUBT.

The property is in the German Bakery lane at Pune. Though the neighborhood was noisy all interesting places were near by. The big balcony was very good. Appartment was small but clean and functional.

Had a family outing for 6-7 of us and must say , Classic venue. Excellent service..very cordial and prompt service by Gavde kaka, property is maintained very clean.. property is same like as shown in photographs!!!

It was a lovely stay. Property is amazing,as shown in the pictures. It was clean as well. Caretaker Rahul was very helpful and took care of everything for us. The host is very responsive to your queries and was accomodating with any early checkin ,late checkout requests as much as possible. Food delivery is accessible in the area, zomato ,swiggy both are available. Quite a few restaurants are available in the area as well. The property is easily accessible through google maps. Medicals and clinics are nearby in case of emergency.

The stay was very comfortable and the Host - Suyog was very responsive. location of this apartment is a highlight as it is on top floor with golf facing balcony. Apartment is very well equipped with all utensils and looks just like the picture. Highlight recommend.

Host was responsive. But for greywater which was taken by surprise delayed the days official process. The property is ecofriendly and uses WTP/STP for water circulation. Suggest the host to post a sticker, "GREY WATER USED FOR TOILET FLUSHING"

Aditi has been very responsive, straight forward and honest host. The appartment was exactly as described. Me being on medically restrictive diet was looking for kitchen to cook my meals during the visit to my daughter who is persuing her MD at DY patil medical college pune . Me n my husband loved the appartment n it was near to perfect.

We had group of 7 people and we enjoyed a lot. Full of hygiene and no trouble while partying at night. Pool facility is the USP. I would love to visit again during my next trip to Pune.

We loved our stay! We felt very comfortable, the apartment is very clean and spacious well equipped both in terms of kitchen and bathroom and bedroom everything was really perfect was very clean. The studio apartment was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was a nice and comfortable stay for us and our pet. The terrace is beautiful and very well kept - it was good to spend time there in the mornings and evenings. Kanchan was very responsive and friendly to interact with throughout - before and during the stay.

Mr and Mrs Joshi are excellent hosts. The property is located at a peaceful location with beautiful greenery surrounding the place. Balconies are large and precious. The departmental stores just steps away. It was a wonderful experience throughout our stay right from the initial connect to saying good bye to the hosts. Memorable stay indeed !

Had a great time staying here. The rooms open onto green surroundings and it's a great way to spend time watching birds. Was exactly as listed and has plenty of things to do. Will visit again!
