Wake up in a bedroom steeped in woodsy charm via exposed wood beams, a timeworn wooden dresser, and a driftwood-framed mirror. This first floor apartment of a two unit 1830 farmhouse can be rented on its own or with the upstairs unit. Booked as just the first floor, it is completely secluded with its own private entrance. ALL NEW cozy, designer decorated, original VT farmhouse entire first floor apartment. King bed that can be split into twins and a full bed. Full kitchen, living room and bathroom. 3 acres, swimming hole, wifi, cable, TV, laundry. Very easy to get to towns and skiing. IMPORTANT NOTE: A/C window unit in kitchen living area only. MOST places in the area (except the main resort) DO NOT have A/C. It seldom gets past low 80s usually in the 70s and there is a wonderful breeze. There are free standing fans if needed as well. * Upper unit can be rented as well or whole house can be rented. (Title of listing: 1830 Farm House 2ND FLOOR APT.) No shared space except yard and driveway 3 acres, swimming hole, wifi, cable, TV, fire pit, charcoal grill, laundry. Very easy to get to towns and skiing. Text or email anytime. Sugarbush Resort and Mad River Glen’s respective ski slopes are within a 10-minute drive away. In the summer, walk to the private swimming hole behind the home or hike the trails at Mt Ellen. There are cabs you can call if need be. PEAK WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS = Higher Nightly rate. New Years Eve week, MLK, Presidents' Day and fall foliage weekends (last weekend of sept and 1st and 2nd weekend in oct. ), Fourth of July, Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend)

A perfect location for a group of skiers/snowboarders since Sugarbush and Mad River Glen ski resorts are within a few minutes drive. The best restaurant in the area, Hyde Away, is just a block away. A unique place like you stepped back in time. All the beds were comfortable. Great having three bathrooms. Loved the foosball table! Again, great location for the area. We'll be back next ski season.

We noticed this listing at first mostly due to its location. The condo is close to multiple Mad River Valley ski locations and it is near friends of ours that live locally in Vermont. Once we got there however, we realized that the condo is perfect for our family of four. The place was super clean and comfortable and gave us a nice place to eat/sleep before heading out for the day. The hosts were super responsive and proactive communicating rules and instructions for use of the place. Would highly recommend and would certainly consider staying again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Raquel's beautiful, comfortable, peaceful, spotless home. The furnishings are perfect and stylish, every inch of the house was spotless, beds were very comfortable, and we all loved the selection of games. I wish we had planned to do more cooking - while most airbnbs have worn, scratched cookware, Raquel's home had an impressive array of AllClad pans, sharp knives, and a perfectly stocked kitchen. Location is great for what we wanted - hiking, dining/exploring in Waterbury and Waitsfield, and breakfast at Red Hen Bakery!

This was our second year at the Treehouse. The home was clean and the beds were comfy. The outdoor space is amazing, large yard with a fire pit and the river in the back. Truly appreciate that our dogs are welcome, they love it there as much as we do! The host is great and very responsive. Looking forward to going back again!

We had a wonderful stay at the unique architectural house designed by David Sellars. The peaceful, remote location was exactly what we were hoping for—a true escape surrounded by nature. We loved learning more about the life and legacy of David Sellars, and it was inspiring to stay in a home so artfully designed. The town of Warren was charming and welcoming, with friendly locals and a relaxed pace. For me, the highlight of the house was the plant wall! :)
