Lynne's place is absolutely beautiful and was even more amazing in person. All the rooms were really comfortable and had AC/heatpumps. The kitchen was well equipped and had cooking basics. The place was really clean when we arrived and check in was easy. It is a lovely peaceful area but still close and walkable to central Havelock. Highly recommend!

We are return visitors to this place and are grateful to the hosts for sharing this special place. Many thanks to Fi for the extra little touches. Really enjoyed the changes to the outdoor seating area!

We had a great stay at Sharon’s place! House was clean, cozy and amenities were thoughtful and well-prepared, especially the log burner and kitchen, thanks for the milk and ginger cookies🥰. We’d be happy to stay there again if got any chance in the future!!

We really enjoyed this stay at Penny's with relaxing sea views, sunny kitchen and comfy beds. Located close to many suburbs and easy access to CBD (Te Papa, Botanical Garden and Zealandia. A wonderful stay.

Our DnD group stayed here for a weekend game and it exceeded expectations. We checked out this morning and have already booked another weekend at this spacious bach. Great living space for your group to hang out, well equipped kitchen and plenty of bedrooms. We definitely appreciated being able to grab extra trestle tables from the garage for our tabletop setup. Lindsay was highly responsive to queries and the whole booking process was perfectly straightforward. One of the most affordable places for larger groups without couples who need plenty of rooms and beds, and the increase for extra people was reasonable which is hard to find these days!

Enjoy the location. Great hosts. Great for a breakaway from everything but still close to Whanganui to still enjoy the city and the Whanganui people and any events going on.

Arriving for a very cold Wellington weekend, we found our lodging to be warm and cosy. Fiona had left freshly baked Anzac biscuits to welcome us, and a still warm, home baked loaf of bread arrived later in the afternoon. With the fresh fruit, meusli, yogurt and home made jams and preserves, also provided we enjoyed a feast each morning for breakfast. The bed was super comfy made up with high quality linens and pillows. The shower was hot and had strong water pressure. Fiona was a wonderful host, we appreciated her kind gestures and easy communication. We loved the proximity to family in Aro valley and the very short walk or Uber trip to reach Wellington City. We will certainly stay here again and will highly recommend this airbnb to friends and family.

Julianne’s property is perfectly situated to walk to the CBD and to make the most of the waterfront walkway. The garage is an added bonus. A comfortable space with beautiful views out to the coast. Great for watching the sunrise.

We had a great stay at the Station House apartment. The location was ideal to Victoria Ave, and so handy to have an allocated carpark available! The apartment itself was very chic, clean and comfortable. Brian and Tracy provided really clear comms for check-in instructions, finding the place, etc. It was a great spot and I would stay there again when in Whanganui next.

Absolutely loved staying at Janice’s place. She greeted us and we felt at home straight away! The place was so spacious with all the ammenities plus some fruit and bread for breakfast. The suburb is also very quiet and full with walks. Will definitely recommend this place.

Didn’t take any photos of the place, however the view was stunning! The house was very clean, the beds were super comfy and so were the pillows. It was a great big space! On Rainy days I did wish there was roof cover for the balcony… also for those who can’t do stairs. There was a few flights to climb! But well worth the trip. Amazing host, milk, coffee and a wine on arrival! Greta cafe right under the apartment was fair priced, delicious and great customer service! Thank you Giles & Zoe

Lynne was very easy to communicate with, nothing was a bother even when we changed the dates of our booking, clear instructions, property just like the pictures, would recommend.

This was a great little getaway over a long weekend. Cozy with the wood fire and spa pool. Easy location to drive and explore the many trails in the area. Yummy loaf of wheat bread was perfect for breakfast/snacking. Thank you for hosting such a great accommodation in Ohakune!

MOST AMAZING CABIN!! Can't possibly say enough about how fantastic the hosts and property are. We would have been happy spending our entire vacation here. So close to the parks and "Mount Doom" and other LOTR locations -- the entire back side of the cabin is a view of "Mt Doom" and there's a LOTR Risk game!! Pool table was so fun to use. Bed was super comfy. Used the washer/dryer (laundry detergent, no dryer sheets) and dishwasher, bathrooms (remember to bring your own toiletries), kitchen -- all very well stocked with cooking utensils and basics (salt pepper oil - I think there was sugar/flour too?). There's plunger coffee maker. Appreciated the OJ and crumpets and scrumptious home made raspberry preserves. Hot tub on the back deck fantastic too. Deb and Dave so friendly and flexible with our schedule. You won't believe how private and secluded the cabin feels - perched up on top of the hill. We really hope to stay here again one day - LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! BEST HOSTS!

This home’s 180+ degree views encompass a wide sailboard and surfers beach, Wellington airport’s final-approach flight path (which is quiet) and the mouth of Wellington Harbor. Therefore it is fun, fascinating and fulfilling.

Loved our stay ! Grant (and Ollie) were super friendly and looked after us excellenly. We all ejoyed the pool and spa pool - especially the pool toys and sun lounges. The views were stunning and was the perfect county escape for our small family. Highly recommend staying here !

Awesome place, walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket, and all Havelock North has to offer. A short drive from Te Mata Peak. The unit was spotless and warm, and the host was amazing! Thank you.

Quiet area, close to the beach, 5minute walk to shops, bars & food. Spa pool was amazing after Makays crossing walks, washing machine was handy, great choice of coffees & a huge oil heater that warmed the area.

We loved every minute of our time out road trip and our stay at Carla Marie’s BnB. Full of character, peaceful & homely with a lovely wood burning fireplace that was lit when we arrived It was well worth the trip to lovely Shannon and we would totally recommend a stop at Carla Marie’s
