This stand alone property has it all, separate from the main house it has a private entrance and backs on to a reserve with river walks summer and winter . The bedroom is closed off to the large lounge with polished concrete floors . The French doors open to the pool and rear pocket lawn. Welcome to our secluded, peaceful hideaway. The studio is a large open plan space. Large sliding doors completely open up the front of the building onto the deck, giving you a feeling of always being close to nature. Surrounded by trees, orchard, lawn and garden, the studio is a quiet retreat space. The sound of the sea and bird song are always in the background. It's 50m from our house and well hidden by trees, so you'll feel very private. The best beach in NZ is a 15 minute walk away!
