Our listed holiday home with approx. 95 square meters of living space is located close to the old town of Nideggen. Between the market square and the castle, quietly located but still in the middle of the action. In a few minutes you can reach the center of Nideggen with its beautiful cafes and restaurants, where there is sure to be something for everyone. It is about 100 m to the castle. From our house you can also start wonderful hikes to the surrounding area such as the Rurtal or the climbing rocks.

Located in SART-Station (Cockaifagne) on the edge of the forests, close to the Hautes Fagnes, 5 km from the Francorchamps circuit (5 minutes) and 8 km from SPA (10 minutes). Ravel 500 m away. We are Hans & Eric. The B&B suite is located in our house on the ground floor (see photos), surrounded by forests with fantastic views! Our wellness facility includes a heated (mid-May to mid-Sept depending on outside temperature) swimming pool and jacuzzi with panoramic views. Please note: Swimming pool and Jacuzzi can only be used under certain conditions. Basse Bois is located 5 km from the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. We speak Ducht, German, English and French. There are 2 bathrooms, on the ground floor with shower and toilet and the luxury bathroom with bathtub, toilet, bidet and shower on the 1st floor speaks for itself.

Our house is located in a quiet and pleasant area, perfect for unwinding. Walks on marked paths are to be discovered in the area. We are 1 km from Chaudfontaine, 10 km from Liège, 13 km from Herve, 35 km from Spa, 35 km from Maastricht, 45 km from Aachen. The room is on the ground floor, with a garden view next to your private bathroom. The living room, kitchen, terrace and spacious garden are to be shared with us. Breakfast can be booked

We welcome you to our home where you will have a spacious bedroom and a private bathroom adjoining the bedroom. Breakfast is included with fresh homemade products. The property is secured by a gate. The house located at the foot of the Redoute and close to many GRs has a quiet environment within the village. Nearby: Ninglinspo, Remouchamps Caves, Francorchamps Circuit, Spa and its thermal baths.
