We only stayed one night, got there pretty late and left very early in the morning. Place was perfect for our needs, easy and flexible check-in, clean, great location. I would stay again if in Kauai.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fern Grotto Inn!! They had everything for our adventures - kayaks & paddle boards, life jackets, beach chair/umbrella, fins & snorkel gear. Would highly recommend kayaking + hiking to Secret Falls. The trailhead is only accessible by water. Took us about 4 hours round trip and was definitely a highlight. There weren’t instructions on how to get there but hard to get lost, just look on a map. Perfect location and jumping off point for all our activities. Would definitely stay here again

Guys, everything was perfect! Princeville is nice and quaint. We took a walk through the golf course area and enjoyed all the trees/scenery. Parking is very close to the unit and Ryan is very responsive. The place is pristine and had everything we needed

We are so happy we stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The location and view is awesome, and the amenities were perfect. I could go on and on about what a great time we had, but it still wouldn’t convey our happiness and gratitude. Thanks Jennifer!

My wife and I stayed 4 nights. It has a very beautiful yard. Was spotless inside and near all the North Shore attractions. Adam was very pleasant to talk with. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect condo located in Princeville! This condo was in a great location that was close by to everything (restaurants, beaches, Hanalei!!!) but still very quiet and relaxing. The bed was very comfy and kitchen was the perfect size with everything we needed. There are food trucks to walk to, and this was a beautiful place for walking with stunning views. I will definitely be coming back here and would stay in this condo again :)

Great location on Kauai. Very well maintained condo and larger community. The check in was a bit of a hassle (the property management did not have details of our stay) and there were additional fees we had to pay upon arrival that we overlooked in the fine print of the listing description.

An incredible, private and comfortable detached Ohana in a beautiful neighborhood. Conveniently located and walkable to numerous shops, restaurants and the ocean (beaches). We really enjoyed our 10 nights at Devaki’s beautiful house. It was quiet and peaceful. We never closed the windows or blinds and listening to the rain at night was wonderful. Waking up at daybreak to that view was really nice. The location is perfect and we hope to return soon.

We absolutely loved this home. It was perfect for our family of five. The lanai was our favorite place to hang out after a long active day out exploring Kauai. I highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

This property is stunningly beautiful! It has a designer vibe yet is quite comfortable, incredibly well appointed, and centrally located. The communication with Aurora was amazing! She was super responsive and very informative! We have stayed in Airbnb’s all over the country and internationally and our family agreed that this was the nicest one we have stayed in and the best experience by far!

Jacob's place was wonderfully located! The rooms were spacious and can easily host a good group. He was communicative and provided good recommendations for nearby food and beaches. The chairs, wagon, towels, and other outdoor amenities were a major plus! Would definitely consider rebooking next time I'm in Kauai.

We loved staying at Natalie’s place! Only wish we could have stayed longer- which we hope to next time. We decided last minute to extend our time near Hanalei Bay and Natalie was so responsive and made that happen for our family so that we could enjoy our favorite area on Kauai. This house is beautifully renovated and has everything you need. We loved the neighborhood and proximity to everything in town. Our kids loved the back yard and all the fun stuff in garage that you need for the beach or a ride through the beautiful Princeville neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and linens,towels, and all the details were above expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this darling home in Kapa’a, Kauai! The space was spotless and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better—close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet still peaceful and quiet. It was also the perfect spot for children, with a safe and cozy atmosphere that made us all feel right at home. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the island!

This place was amazing! I was floored by the view as soon as I walked in. The living space was perfect and super clean and comfy. The owners and staff were the absolute best! They were so helpful and flexible, they made my trip a breeze, and I so grateful for them. The location was great, a quick drive to just about anything you wanted to get to. Our stay at Mike and Amber's place was perfect! It was a central location where it was easy to go to the north and south parts of the island by car. We were steps from a grocery store, shaved ice, sushi, and ice cream! The rental was beautiful and had everything we needed and more! The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, the gym on the resort was great, the pool was awesome... the list goes on! Mike and Amber were extremely responsive and accommodating.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was great to have breakfast while watching the sun rise over the ocean from the unit! Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was divine after a day of kayaking, and having a washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient. The location made it easy to pick up food from the grocery store and nearby restaurants to enjoy outside while listening to the waves. This was an ideal place to stay on the east side of the island. We are so glad we stayed here!

Cindy’s condo was perfect for our week on Kauai. Excellent location and well-appointed vacation home. We had ample kitchen supplies (pots, pans, spices, and food storage). We were even welcomed with Hawaiian cookies, candy and coffee (thank you!). Plenty of beach accessories (functioning beach chairs and umbrella were most appreciated). Hosts have thought of everything! We felt right at home. Highly recommend.

We loved this place! Clean, spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable -- and has great views of the ocean and the resort's garden and pool below. We especially loved eating our breakfast on the balcony! The location is also great, with super-convenient access to a beautiful beach, and with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Would absolutely stay here again.

Shari communicates very well. Save the codes to get in the gates as you will need them. Great location. Great beach, pool and condo. Nice amenities. No AC but don’t need it. Look forward to coming back

Katy and Dan were great host. Great communication and very responsive. Their home was clean and in great proximity to beaches and restaurants. We were traveling with two young children so it was a bit more of a walk with them but just a short drive otherwise. It’s had a great peek-a-boo view of the ocean and a lush garden view.
