Vacation rentals with a pool in Waikoloa Village

We have stayed here before. The host is very responsive whenever I reach out. The place is in a nice neighborhood. Safe to go for a walk or a run. Beds are comfortable and has all necessities. Most likely will be back in town for work in the future and will be staying here if available.

Where do I even start? What a magical home with lush landscaping. Waking up to large windows that look out to the ocean was priceless. The location was quiet and safe and close to many activities we wanted to do in Kona. The beds were very comfortable as well. The pool was nice to cool off in after a long day but keep in mind it is not heated so depending on the time of day or sunlight it may be too cold for some. Also, being in such a lush tropical landscape with a large natural area behind the house there are birds and frogs making noise in the evening, which can be calming to some (like us) or can be too loud for others. When we visit the Big Island again this would be number 1 option for our stay.

Incredible house and great hosts! We loved our time at this house. The inside was very clean and stocked with anything you might need. The beds are comfy. Beautiful views of the golf course and gorgeous landscaping around the outside. The neighborhood is friendly, safe and has a few green spaces to run around and play . It’s quiet and peaceful. A grocery store, coffee shop and other shops are within walking distance. The pool/hot tub in the backyard was great for swims. We also used the community pool which is huge and clean. We will book again and recommend to anyone that needs a place to stay.

We had a wonderful 7 day stay. Our 3 boys (16, 13, and 10) spent hours on the diving board and in the pool. Sandra’s place had everything we needed for beach trips, including beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, cooler and beach towels. I was so happy to have a washing machine to wash out the sandy towels and suits after our beach trips. It was a 5-10 minute trip for Costco,-target and Walmart and a 30-40 minute trip to Hāpuna Beach (don’t miss the Malsada stand on the highway on your way). We would come back to the house to cook supper, swim more in the pool, and watch the sunset from the beautiful yard. We also got a lot of use out of the basketball net in the driveway, and volleyball net in the side yard. Sandra was extremely helpful with all aspects of our stay, including local recommendations. Would definitely stay again if on the Big Island!

Marilyn's place is flawless. My husband and I have been booking places through airbnb for a while and this was definitely the best one ever. I am very picky with cleanliness, and this place was spotless. Craig the home caretaker made sure to gave us all the information we needed, show us around, besides being super nice and friendly. The view from this tiny house was incredible, the place was exactly like the pictures, comfortable and had everything we needed. Marilyn's hospitality was amazing. She left us fresh fruit from her garden and a delicious cake on the fridge for when we arrived. Both Craig and Marilyn made us feel welcomed and made our experience perfect. We hope to come back someday.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property. It’s very comfortable, large, spacious for a group. We had kids in our group and they loved the outdoor pool area. While at home, we spent majority of our time around the pool area. Noelani provided us with beach chairs, towels, umbrella which was perfect to take to the beaches around us. Would highly recommend this beautiful property!

The house, which is very spacious, is located in a quiet residential neighborhood (the only real noise is from the many birds), which is five minutes from a grocery store and some restaurants in Waikoloa Village, and there are many restaurants, beaches, and things to do within a 30-minute drive; downtown Kailua-Kona is 45 minutes, and Volcanoes National Park and Hilo are about two hours (but easy driving everywhere, except for typical urban traffic congestion in Kona). The landscaping is amazing, and the backyard with a swimming pool is extremely private. It is also west-facing, so you get gorgeous sunsets with a slight ocean view (the property is inland). The AC units (for which there is an extra charge) are only in the bedrooms, so the house gets stuffy during the day, but cools off quickly in the evening. We had one minor maintenance issue, but the host, Andy, was responsive and addressed it quickly. We would definitely return if we have a future trip to the Big Island.

Unbelievable setting. House was great and Nikki was super responsive as a host. The gorgeous setting of the rainforest felt like we were in the middle of a jungle. I was expecting more of a traditional Hawaiian vibe with the pool but it was easy to head out to a beach during the day to enjoy the sun and water and come back to an oasis in the evening. Beds were super comfortable and house was clean, comfortable and relaxing. Sauna was an incredible bonus! Would definitely stay again ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Went with my husband’s parents for their 80 and 85th birthdays. It was their first time and they were truly impressed with the accommodations. They loved sitting on the lanai for breakfast and enjoying the calm serenity. The rooms were spacious and everything was clean. Beach equipment was provided and all instructions clearly laid out. We were very close to the pool and the private beach, which we loved. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. We would definitely come back again.

Our stay at the Waikoloa Village apartment was fantastic. It was very well connected to the rest of the island and close to some heavenly beaches. Our kids enjoyed all the beach gear we had available. We'll definitely stay there again if we come back! Mahalo!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo in Waikoloa! The views were absolutely breathtaking. Our favorite part of the trip was being able to watch the beautiful sunset each evening from the lanai. The space itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. What truly made this stay exceptional was the host — incredibly responsive, kind, and so easy to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic. The space was extraordinarily comfortable, impeccably clean, and perfectly situated. The real highlight was the easy access to the stunning pool and beach—both just a few minutes’ walk away. The pool and beach area were truly breathtaking and added so much to our experience. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore the area easily, and check-in was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it! We had a great time staying in this unit. We were able to accommodate six individuals comfortably. It was a great location for all of us. We were able to host all of our children with their partners for wonderful meals! We would select this unit again for stays in the future.

What a wonderful property located on the Kohala coast just north of downtown Kona. Gated entrance into a spectacular resort property surrounded by beautiful views and immaculately kept grounds. Covered parking with easy access to the condo, Luxus has thought of everything to make our family vacation wonderful. Amenities were endless— high pressure showers, comfortable beds, plenty of linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen with premium finishes. The Dyson products were a nice touch too! A closet full of beach and snorkel gear! Central AC was splendid to come home to after long days at the beaches and exploring the big island. The lanai was perfect for a morning cup of coffee (local Kona beans included so you can brew a fresh cup right away), with a peekaboo view of the ocean!🌊 Luxus was always a quick message away to help with whatever your needs may be! Their team was always professional and courteous giving the full Aloha experience! This was such a great place to unwind!
