We’ve been to 27 countries and Matt was one of the most responsive and accommodating hosts we’ve came across. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this location. Mahalo 🤙🏼

What can be said that hasn't already been said? No real cons. Pros? Super comfortable beds/covers/pillows. Clean. Peaceful floor. Available beach accessories to include towels. Nice bathroom with perfect pressure hot water. Unbelievable view of the bay. 2 minute walk from ABC and McDonald's. Centralized location - great for resting between exploration of Oahu. Assigned/free parking. Responsive and nice host.

Sunny is a rockstart, When I was in a pinch and needed a place quick, she was extremely helpful and responded immediately, even thiugh is was 7 am. I can't thank her enough.

The place was amazing. Just far enough away from the city for some peace and some amazing views. But close enough that everything was within a 10-15 minute drive. Parking always available. The pool was great and the water was always the right temp. All the amenities were as listed.

The place was great. I especially appreciated the beach chair, umbrella, yoga mat, roller, high powered blender and sharp knives. It was close to the beach and easy to jump in the car and get out of town. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic! Walking distance to everything you could want or need! We would definitely come back again!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect because it was close to the beach, had great food spots nearby, and had everything we needed. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere, and having parking included was a huge plus. The place had all the essentials and made for a comfortable and easy stay. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay at Jiyoons, super walkable location and much cheaper than neighbouring hotels. The space while small is very usable, we were out most of the time. Self check in instructions were clear and very simple. Jiyoon was very responsive to all communication making it a very easy and enjoyable stay. I would consider staying here again on a future visit!

We had a great stay in Jimmy's place. It felt comfortable and cozy. It was spacious enough for a family of four. The TV has lots of channels and apps. They also provide board games inside the unit, which is a very nice touch. The place is close to the beach. Jimmy has beach equipment that we were able to use. These were very helpful to us since we don't need to bring them during our travel. They have beach chairs and toys. They also have an umbrella so we didn't need to rent from the stalls. Outside, there are food trucks that open late in the afternoon. Overall, Jimmy's place is a great complement that made our trip enjoyable and relaxed.

We had a great stay at Michael’s place! The space was clean, open, and easy to access. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus during our trip. The location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to the luau made for a perfect evening. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Toni’s place was exactly as pictured—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, and communication with Toni was excellent throughout. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is great, close to restaurants and all the activities in Waikiki! The place was comfortable but a little small for 4 people since the two beds are very close together! The parking space was very convenient! Communication with Rebecca was great!! We enjoyed our stay and would be back!

The place was exactly as described. The view from the patio and bedroom was breathtaking. Very clean and easy to get in and out. James & Mira were so very responsive with recommendations on where to eat and what I should go do based on my interest. They responded within minutes of any questions I had. The housewarming gift was a nice touch. I wish the pool would have been available but that was out of their control due to remodel (this was in the description before booking so not caught by surprise). But as they described the beach is literally a 3-minute walk. The only issue I had was finding the parking garage but that also was google maps sending me in circles. I contacted James and Mira and they were quick to apologize even though it was not their fault and asked how they could improve moving forward. I would most definitely stay again and well worth the price.

The beach was so close I could just walk there barefoot. It was right by the beach, so I went there barefoot😎

Awesome location and place. We had great time in Howards place. Condo was just like pictures and location was perfect. Fast responses to any question we had. It was pleasure staying here and we will be back. Thank you

I cannot say enough great things about this listing. I felt very luck to find this for my trip to O'hau. The unit is immaculate and very tastefully designed/decorated. The location is super convenient and the building includes parking!! The host (Vicky) is super responsive and just an overall nice person. This stay made my trip to Hawaii even better than I could have imagined. I will definitely be planning my next trip based on availability of this unit.

Mia’s place was the perfect stay for my partner and I! All the beach gear we needed was included and Mia was easy to communicate with and gave some great recommendations. The tenth floor sun deck is amazing and there’s a great bar on the second floor! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Waikiki!

The view from the room was amazing!! Betty was really nice, she made sure our room was clean and comfortable, I highly recommend this room!

This place has amazing views!! We loved watching sunrise and sunset light in the sky around Diamond Head. The parking space was nice, making it easy to use as a base for exploring Oahu more. The condo had everything we needed, and it was all organized so well. The king size bed was very comfortable. Ryan and his wife are very sweet and generous hosts! Thanks for letting us stay!

Great location in Waikiki, and you can see the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed the pool and sauna every day, highly recommend!

Bertrand is the best Host. Any concerns or questions he got back to me asap either text or email. Place was Very Clean and modern with all the comforts of home. Free parking was a big plus for me instead paying $30-$50 per day to park. Everything is close by. View of City diamond head and lil ocean view. Beach 2 blocks away, Zoo, Ocean Dr. with restaurants. Would definitely rent again. Thanks Bertrand 😊

Our group was in town for a week or so to attend a wedding. We saved hundreds of dollars staying at the Nikita Airbnb versus those who stayed at the wedding hotel block. Free parking and no resort fees. The host was wonderful and very responsive. There are plenty of places to eat and shop that are walking distance. Mahalo!
