Apartment "Main House" The apartment consists of a porch, a hall, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a pantry, a bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with three beds and a large kitchen. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with articles of daily use like dishes, towels, bedclothes and so on. All existing devices (TV, radio, dishwasher, electric kitchen stove, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board) can be used. In order to protect the environment hot water is heated by a solar system. Also, the power used is largely produced by a photovoltaic system. In winter the apartment is heated with an Pellet central heating but can also be heated with a wood stove. Firewood is provided. Wireless internet is available free of charge. There is also a second apartment named “Stüberl” in the former farmhouse. The second apartment can be rented separately.

My house is in the middle of a village built around a village green. Your flat has its own entrance. This at least 500-year-old mill house impresses with its unique quiet location, right on the Thaya. You live in a small apartment in the mill house, with separate entrance, located in the south, with vintage flair, I would like to add. The apartment is not new, but it is cozy. There is also an old kitchen stove that you can use for heating; there is plenty of wood available, as well as a fireplace with a viewing window for cozy evenings. The courtyard invites you to relax in the evening.
