Our lodging of 60m² is quiet and fully equiped, for short or long stays. You will have access by foot to "La Forêt de Phalempin", its several walking paths and natural interests. It's close to all amenities and accesses : - In the village, a caterer offers excellences products. You will find many shops in Phalempin, 5min away and at Seclin's Unexpo Shopping center at 10min. - By car, Phalempin's train station is 5min away, Libercourt's at 10min, A1 highway at 10min and A23 at 15min.

A few minutes from the train station, you will be in Douai in 10 minutes, 20 minutes from Lille. Composed of a large bedroom of 14 m2, the accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped, you just have to put your bags down and enjoy the 50 m2 of available space. Wifi/Netflix included.

very nice apartment with garden and parking

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery , but very close to big cities , Lille 20 minutes , Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes . The building is independent of our house . On the ground floor are the living room, the toilet and the kitchen, and upstairs is the bedroom with the bathroom. We are 3 km from the Phalempin Forest. For work, the highway is 7 mins away . I look forward to welcoming you😁.
