The spacious farmhouse is located in a secluded location directly on the edge of the Neustädter Moor Nature Reserve, where the cranes winter. The 130 m² apartment on the upper floor is fully equipped: 3 bedrooms with a total of 2 double beds (1.80 x 2 m) and two small double beds (1.40 x 2 m and 1.20 x 2 m) A fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two living rooms, balcony, spacious garden. Restaurant, shopping, Moorwelten, zoo and Lake Dümmer can be reached quickly.

Pretty countryside apartment

This pretty apartment is located in an old half-timbered house very close to the Neustädter Moor. Ideal for walking, cycling or crane watching. The Dümmer can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. In the village there is a swimming pool, a variety of shops and restaurants. The Ströhen Zoo and the Moor Worlds can be found in the neighboring village. The apartment is fully equipped, has a double bedroom and in the living room there is a sofa bed.

Living in the (tiny) house - idyll in Crane Land!

Relaxed, quiet atmosphere for stargazers! Idyllic garden house on former farm in a very quiet location. Ideal for cyclists and country lovers, far away from cities and villages. In good weather, stargazers can admire the Milky Way, as the view is so clear at night. During the day you can just sit down and listen to the birds and in the evening enjoy the chirping of the crickets with wine. Starting in October, the cranes move into the country.

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

Large bright guest apartment

Spacious attic apartment in a bungalow with its own staircase from the common hallway. The house is located in a residential area on the outskirts of town and is an ideal starting point for bike tours (e.g. to Lake Dümmer or to the zoo in the neighboring village) or for crane watching in the adjacent moors. Likewise, the apartment is suitable for fitters or professionals, for example, as a transitional solution (also for longer periods).

Here you are undisturbed with your own kitchen, living room (sofa bed), bathroom and bedroom (double bed). Nearby are wonderfully quiet walking and cycling paths, many tourist attractions such as Lake Dümmer, EFMK (European Center for Moor and Climate) as well as the Kirchdorf Heath and the Ströher Zoo.

Circus wagon on the alpaca pasture - pure relaxation!

At Alpakahof Strange, we live with many animals on an old farmstead from 1848. The Lower Saxony hall house is still in its original condition in some parts and exudes the charm of a long-gone rural tradition. In the pasture behind the farmhouse stands the spacious circus wagon. The wagon shares the pasture with our llamas and alpacas, who graze and rest there during the day. Pure relaxation!

In nice weather, you can have breakfast outside on the terrace or make yourself comfortable on one of the loungers. Beautiful designated bike and hiking trails invite you to relax. Bright and friendly rooms with a great view of the southern Wiehen Hills await you. Many hiking trails can be used around the house.

The 120 sqm apartment is half of a farmhouse from 1898 and has been renovated. Surrounded by fields, the house is in a secluded location and is perfect for enjoying nature and tranquility. There is a garden with terrace and also a grill available on request. From the south terrace you can see over fields to the nearby Wiehn Mountains.
