Covered Bridge Cabin (on Big Walnut Creek)

KateRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I needed a space to hunker down and be creative for a few days and that’s exactly what I found at Chris’s beautiful cabin. I mostly stayed in my PJs and didn’t speak a word to anyone! Only leaving once to explore the beautiful nearby quarry reclaimed as a nature park. The rain at night on the metal roof was lovely, and so was waking up to a full and private view of the woods through the windows. I hope to come back!

There's No Place Like Dome!

The Dome is a unique, beautiful place that is in a private, wooded setting, but it is also a quick 15 minute drive away from downtown Bloomington. Staying in the Dome was so fun!

Water front Casita: kayaks, fishing, golf, hiking

HaileyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This little home is definitely the perfect spot if you’re looking for a secluded area, but also still close to everything you need. It was very quiet and peaceful the few nights I stayed, the river is very calming at night to sit outside and enjoy. Definitely recommend!!!

The Bunk House at LS23 Ranch

MonaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Our long weekend at the bunk house was wonderful! The apartment is very well equipped and decorated with much care; it offers everything you need, from a comfy bed to a cozy fireplace. Shelly and Craig are great hosts, very welcoming and thoughtful. The property is beautiful, with a very calming atmosphere, and lots of parks in the vicinity. We can definitely recommend a stay and would love to come back ourselves. Thank you!

Morchella Hideaway

KristinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Morchella Hideaway is a true sanctuary, offering the perfect escape from the demands of daily life. Surrounded by nature's beauty, I found myself immersed in its peaceful sights and sounds. Adding to the atmosphere was the wildlife. Deer wandered gracefully, raccoons snuffled, owls called in the night, and even the distant echoes of coyotes could be heard. The gentle murmur of the river added to the serenity, creating a soothing backdrop for reflection and rest. I even saw my first firefly of the season! This hideaway is ideal for disconnecting from the outside world and simply embracing the moment. Chris is an exceptional host who is attentive, patient, and always quick to provide thoughtful responses. His hospitality enhances the experience, making every visitor feel truly welcomed. For anyone seeking a space to relax, heal, and recharge, I wholeheartedly recommend Morchella Hideaway.

Bourbon Trail Cabin!~hot tub~hiking~game shed!

WendyRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Our stay at cabin was very peaceful we tried to enjoy all of the amenities unfortunately ran out of time. Everything was perfectly labeled, and you can tell host thought of everything even the smallest details. Cabin was very clean and if you were looking for a getaway to unwind this is a great spot. Drive to popular Distilleries is about 20-25 minutes across a winding road so be prepared with food and snacks since there are no stores near, and you probably don't want to drive the road after those bourbon tours.

Summer Forest Sanctuary: Adventure & Relaxation

TammyRating, 5 stars1 day ago
I cannot say enough good things about this stay. The host was amazing answering questions almost as soon as I had written them, roses in the bedrooms, fresh flowers in the dinning room and living space. The place was spotless. The coffee bar made for great wake ups swinging on the porch swing and watching a fox walk down the lane. Sitting in the hot tub with the trees in moonlight watching the stars come out felt fantastic. This place had everything you could possibly need but forgot to pack and although the state park pass and the shops in town made for great adventures, I was seriously disappointed I did not have more time to just enjoy the lovely cabin. I could have been perfectly happy if I never ventured outside the cabin it was so nicely decorated and comfortable. We truly felt alone at the top of the world here. Thanks for the memories!
