It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a finished basement and finished attic with a 6th bed and provides space for 12-16 guests. The home features spacious rooms with 10 foot ceilings new bathrooms and has been completely remodeled. It’s a new house in an old shell!

Located on Vernon Street, the house was constructed from a Gamble Store Home Construction Kit at a cost of just $5,000—a testament to postwar ingenuity and craftsmanship. Today, Marjory’s Cottage House stands not only as a place of warmth and memory but also as a tribute to the legacy of a family deeply rooted in the fabric of its community.
