Vacation rentals with breakfast in Vythiri

Beautiful place. Chetta and chichi were very helpful and kind. The sound of the stream is peaceful . It is pretty away from the town though. You need car to get in and out. No restaurants or shops in walkable distance. We hired a local auto man who took us around and was so kind. We will be back again.

We had a great stay at Soman's place. It is a cozy space with all essential amenities included, located in a small farm which makes for an interesting walk with Soman. The overall location is also decent (~10 kms from Sultan Bathery, and reasonable eating options, chemist, general provisions etc. at the nearby junction ~500m away - special shout-out to Mina's Food Court!). Soman was very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast he served up was typical of Keralite households - felt very much at home! Being a local, he had in-depth insight on the tourist attractions nearby and helped us plan the limited time we had available in Wayanad. Staying in the midst of a lush, green farm, he gave us a heads up on Do's/ Don'ts for a comfortable stay - which was quite thoughtful of him. If we had some more time we would have liked to have had some more interactions with Soman himself - I'm sure there is potential for interesting conversations there :-)

Staying in Wayanad was one of the best decisions we made, and we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience! Aswathi and her mother were incredibly kind, warm, and responsive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely outstanding—home-cooked meals that were so delicious, we found ourselves preferring it over any restaurant! Aunty’s cooking was beyond words, and we were spoiled with an array of freshly prepared breakfast, fruits, lunch, snacks, and dinner, every day. The homestay itself was a gem. Surrounded by lush greenery, tranquil atmosphere, the location was perfect. It was the ideal retreat, offering both peace and beauty. The place was impeccably clean, and the setting made it even more special. Aswathi and her mom were attentive and quick to address any minor issues we had and arranged transport options to explore Wayanad. We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was just perfect — the setting, the view, and especially the pool, which was definitely the highlight for us. Roy, the caretaker, was wonderful and did everything we asked for. Though we had a bit of a language barrier since he speaks only Malayalam, Google Translate came to the rescue and it all worked out smoothly. A beautiful stay in a beautiful place — would definitely recommend!

This was so far one of the best homestay I have been to. The owner was friend and help. The place is no less than a villa. He also arranged bonfire in this backyard. Brought us fresh fruits while checkin. Gave recommendations about places nearby. Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting with a bigger group and want to spend a great time within nature.

Host was responsive, proactive and kind. home was easy to find. checkin went smooth. the home is close the the kalpetta city. surrounded by various trees and plants. quite neighborhood. was kind of the Mr. Ismail to make us coffee once we reach the home. the home has good wifi network , clean home. overall definitely recommend the place. will look forward to get back to Mr. Ismail's home when visiting wayanad again.

We stayed at Arun’s place for a special occasion. The place was super clean and modern amidst the beauty of the nature. Very well thought amenities were ready when we checked in. Anil, who manages the property is on top of his hospitality game. He is a call away to guide or meet your needs. The breakfast is yummy and was very palatable to the vegetarian tastebuds. Anil guides you to the places of visit and even shares places to avoid with senior parents. Anil and Arun went above and beyond to make the special occasion memorable by presenting a customised memento. Overall, this is a must stay and is close to places of interest and towns.

Pramod was really kind and helpful. The accomodation was nice and pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was prepared at home and served hot.. Highly recommended!!

we stayed at Thomas place for a short duration but it was a very good experience. Thomas was very helpful at all times. The place is retro style and worth the experience. he provided all the necessary things, and the place is very clean. The view from the balcony is really good. Overall, the place is very nice.

As discussed with Hyder, we travelled with our GSD... he had an instant liking to the place. We were offered both the rooms on the 3rd floor and absolutely loved it. The caretaker Saneesh took great care and provided us with all comforts requested. The cook was also very friendly and great at the dishes she served us. All 3 kids of mine had an excellent time walking, with our dog, around the beautiful tea estates near by. Thanx a million Hyder

We had a great time staying in this 2BH unit for our family vacation with 8 people. The apartment was clean, cozy, and in a nice, quiet spot. The only thing to note is that while there are two bedrooms, the beds are really only suitable for 2 people. But no worries—Mr. Firoz, the manager, took care of everything for us and provided extra mattresses and bedding so everyone had a comfy place to sleep. What truly made this stay stand out was the exceptional service provided by the property manager, Mr. Firoz. Special credit goes to him for his responsiveness, and genuine hospitality. From the moment we checked in, he ensured everything was smooth, promptly attended to our requests, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Thanks to Mr. Firoz and his dedication, we felt well taken care of and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. A great place at the centre of Wayanad. Easily accessible from all sides. It would be great if you have your vehicle easy to roam around and reach where you want. I had my own vehicle so it was the easiest. Vinodh the manager is the best. Soft spoken and always ready to help any time of the day or night. Absolutely amazing place, with the tea fields right next door. Ronald was an amazing host and super helpful. There was always great food either cooked by the host family directly or from local restaurants and as much tea as one would like. Furthermore Ronald helped me organize day trips and a taxi to my next location, which both worked seamlessly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

We had an exceptional stay at Anshad's property. Despite arriving earlier than the check-in time, Anshad welcomed us with a warm smile and accommodated us without any hesitation. This initial gesture set the tone for our entire stay. Knowing that we would be leaving early each morning, we informed Anshad that we wouldn't need breakfast at the scheduled time of 9 AM. However, Anshad went above and beyond by ensuring we received our breakfast much earlier than planned. This level of attentiveness and flexibility truly demonstrates their commitment to being an excellent host. The property itself is fantastic, featuring a spacious car park and well-maintained approach roads. We particularly appreciated the quietness of the area at night, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay thoroughly. Our heartfelt thanks to Anshad for being a superb host. Rachana’s house is beautiful and clean, and despite being located in a very busy area, is relatively peaceful and quiet. The homemade food was outstanding! Check-in was a bit inconvenient but Rachana and her caretaker were very friendly, she was apologetic about the delays and helped us out with our itinerary as well.

This place is excellent. It was amazing to see the lake side early in the morning. Beautiful place. It is located away about 6 kms from Meppadi and is close to tourist place like the Eddakal caves. The food was very good. We all liked it a lot ! The guys here were also very nice and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here greatly 😊

The stay at Royal Stream was an exceptional experience! The rooms face a flowing stream that springs from somewhere in Sahyadris. Greenary, canopies the stream partially across which there is a narrow bridge built. One may go down and be by the stream, to daydream, to meditate, to write, or simply enjoy the touch of cool water on the feet and breath in the fresh air. The courtyard in front of the rooms have the flowery canopy of vines into which birds like bulbuls enter on and off to treat themselves. You may sit in the portico of your quarter, relax and be in a heavenly mood! There are lovely nooks and corners in the garden! With narrow pathways bordered by flowering, foliage, and potted plants the serenity around is a rare experience! Every spot is spic and span- the courtyard, the living space & the washroom. The food is simply delicious. The host is extremely hospitable and charismatic - he came with his car to pick us up at about 10. 30 pm at Kalpetta bus stop!

It was awesome to stay in this resort in the middle of a beautiful landscape. The owner of the resort, Mr.Pradeep was extremely hospitable and He took care of all our needs at all times and ensured that we remained at ease. He helped us readily at all the times, even during late , it is located at an appropriate distance from all the scenic beauties around. There are lot of games to play, including cricket, football, carrom, chess, badminton etc. It feels like heaven to wake up at early mornings, when the mist is at its peak. The authentic complimentary kerala breakfast, that they offer is delicious. Vamp fire with party music was the highlight of accommodation to have fun until late night. Separate kitchen is also available to cook non vegetarian food. For a family members of 20 people, you got all the facilities to cook and enjoy the delicacy. Overall, I would recommend this resort readily to all of my friends who might visit wayanad.

We had a lovely stay here. The balcony views were incredible and it rained every day we were there. Antony was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home.
