Swimming pool is 11mx4,5m and has a heating/cooling and a Astral turbojet pump for swimming. Suitable for 2 persons overnight (or up to 4 with additional payout) and few friends visit during the day. The apartment is located in the very center of the city, as soon as you step out of the building you are at the main square of Šabac. The size of the apartment is 55m^2, the layout of the rooms is kitchen with dining room, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025, it was moved in with completely new furniture. There is a cafe just 20 m away, a restaurant 50 m away, and a market 150 m away.
