Ours is the place to be for all quiet,clean air and a good snack with a glass or two of good wine! Children will enjoy socializing and playing with animals. There are our geese(Slavica,Zorica,Draža...), Piki rabbits,Mimi, Waterfall and Bella,coke where they will chase each morning to see if there are eggs,and of course the Duck of Živana. Bread is served each morning, reads herbs, and strolls through pine forests.

Therefore, you are not tied to a car or taxi and can walk to many places.

Brand new apartment fully maintained for family. It will alow you to enjoy and relax, but still you will feel as at home. Very quite place where you can have peace, but still nearby city centre and only 500 meters from central lake.
