The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Check-in is very simple and communication with the concierge company is very simple, quick and pleasant. You have free parking space 5'walk away, a luxury in the city center. We came 2 days to 3 couples 1 baby and 1 dog, it was just perfect. I would recommend the place without a second thought.

A simple overnight stay at Carole's for a wedding anniversary. Quiet accommodation that allowed us to recover. In addition, with the key box we were able to return at a late hour without disturbing our host.
