Kato Paphos Studio 1

The studio was fully renovated in June 2018. It has all the latest amenities, it's cosy, big, comfortable and has beautiful style. Brand new bathroom and toilet. The kitchen has everything you need like hobs, mini oven, cookery essentials. It's very close to many hotels in Kato Paphos and to many archeological museums. Private parking is just outside of entrance door. Huge supermarket is opposite from the apartment.3 minutes walking to the sea and 8 minutes walk to the old harbor and old castle!

Absolutely great apartment. Comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, plenty of storage space, very well stocked kitchen area, lovely corner balcony with mountain, sea and town views. Excellent location. less than 10 minutes walk down to the beach front/start of the harbour area. Plenty of restaurants, bars, clubs etc. Which are all close enough to get too and from very quickly but not close enough to be a noise issue. Within a few minutes walk there are also a couple of convenience stores to stock up from. Dainora was an excellent host and has done a great job decorating the apartment and she was very welcoming and helpful. Everything was spotless and just like the photos. Overall a great stay in a great location. ☺️

The apartment was clean and very nice. Large balcony with beautiful sea view. The kitchen is poorly equipped, there were no spices as the host states in the description. There could also be reductions on sockets, as it was a problem to charge the phone, etc. Overall, the apartment has a great location, very close to the beach, a beautiful promenade. The host was very pleasant and responded immediately if we needed anything. We will definitely come back :)

THE OCEAN - Luxury Apartment at the Harbor

Okay. If you want to be in the centre of the action within a few steps of bars, restaurants or shops nothing comes better than this! Don’t worry the noise outside doesn’t carry into this studio apartment. It’s in a bustling area but the sounding proofing inside is more than adequate Presentation was 5/5. Lovely layout. Exactly as the images portray. Massive tv. Lovely bathroom. Super little kitchen. For me it was tight. For two it’s a squeeze. It’s a studio. It’s small. So if you are looking for space as a priority this isn’t it. Watch the world pass by as you sit sipping a glass of wine on the balcony. Thats what this is about! I thought I was treated superbly by the team looking after the property. Couldn’t fault them for helping with anything I required. Simply super Italian restaurant literally 5m away. Best pizza I’ve had in years! Go! So there you go. That’s my vibe on this. Oh and parking was superb so don’t worry if you have a car. There is lots of space in the rear.

Spent five nights in Paphos at this place and absolutely loved it! The airbnb itself is beautiful on the inside, and has everything you need. Had a very cosy stay and would definitely come again! Amazing sunset view from the bedroom & balcony!

The apartment is in top condition, and was easy to find thanks to the exact description. It is located in an open courtyard right next to a nice restaurant. Unfortunately, this had a rest day, but we definitely had our privacy. Otherwise, you are almost part of the restaurant, which I definitely found quite funny. You only have to cross the street once to get to the beach and Kato Paphos can also be explored on foot from there. Personally, I need a little more nature and brightness when I'm on vacation, but for a few days you can stay there well.

A sandy beach is visible with sun loungers and umbrellas arranged for guests. Calm waves gently lap the shore, while individuals enjoy swimming and sunbathing. Lush greenery, including palm fronds, frames the scene, with a partial view of a seaside restaurant in the background.
