We spent more than a great time at the villa. The house is equipped perfectly and tastefully, it has everything you might need for your stay, spotlessly clean and a real coziness. Awesome for a family time in the fresh air, nature, and peace, playing with the child and dog in the beautiful and perfectly maintained yard. The trampoline was a unique fun for the little one and in the kids room toys for indoor activities. The yard is absolutely secure for the dog. The locality is picturesque, with incredible views, perfect for walks. The village is very quirky and tidy, people friendly. Denica is a great host! Thank her for her hospitality and responsiveness. Couldn't have been nicer!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and the view was breathtaking. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Each morning, they prepared a delicious homemade Bulgarian breakfast that added such a personal touch to our stay, and they tidied up the place daily, which was much appreciated. The jacuzzi was a highlight – the hot water was perfect, and there were sunbeds right beside it, ideal for relaxing. We also loved that they had bikes available, so we could easily explore the beautiful surrounding area. They really thought of everything; all the amenities we needed were right there, and they even surprised us with some thoughtful complimentary goodies. We couldn't have asked for a better experience – highly recommend staying here for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a touch of Bulgarian hospitality!

The place is extremely good for big companies with or without kids. We had very good time with everything the place provides, the kids even better. Petko is very polite and responsive, seems like a very goos person. The place is even better than the pictures, I mean - the pictures paint a good one, but it's fenomenal - with the pool will be 1 in a million. 10/10 experience

From the yard of the house you have a unique panoramic view. It is situated under a pine forest. There is a huge yard with various garden nooks with furniture and amenities such as BBQ, dug fire pit, playground with various facilities. The house also has a terrace overlooking a courtyard. Also a covered carport to first floor with large dining area for 12. The house has been entirely renovated and has all the modern amenities for a longer stay such as two kitchens, three bathrooms as well as a Finnish sauna for six people.

Beautiful Vardo, horse drawn wagon

The wagon is on our farm in the mountains overlooking the Iskar river gorge. It is in a peaceful farming community. The wagon has a beautiful exterior and interior and we offer this to guests. there is an outside shower with a solar system and a wood burning boiler system, there is a small outside sitting area with table, a fire pit, open fire/ bbq area and an outside compost toilet. If there is not a sunny day the fire in the boiler must be light to have hot water.

The place allows for a total relaxation in nature. There is a beautiful waterfall and eco trails near. The house is comfortable for cooking. There is a barbecue dug in the courtyard and various coffee and relaxation corners with a marvelous view. It was very clean. Host is responsive.
