VIVA Countryside House

This vintage house originally built in 1793 sits just outside the village of Crescido, minutes from Vouzela and São Pedro do Sul. The neighbors are locals who have lived here for generations who grow vegetables in their many gardens that surround us. The house is ideal for families or groups up to 7 people. There is a garden area where we grow vegetables in the summer and where we keep a small chicken coup for guests to enjoy fresh eggs. A terrace on the second floor looks out over the village.

Quinta Vista do Vale is located on top of a hill with an amazing view over the valley. We have a beautiful garden with lots of fruit trees and grapevines. We make our own wine the traditional way. Our guests stay in the apartment on the right side of the building with its own entrance and have a private terrace with BBQ and a private swimming pool. Single-family house, in stone, with a rustic design. Composed of four bedrooms, a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, a game room and three bathrooms. It has air-conditioning, a fireplace, a heat recovery system and central heating (up to 9 hours a day) in the Fall - Winter period. The exterior consists of two gardens, a barbecue area, a wood-burning oven, a kitchen, a swimming pool, a children's playground and a large space.
