The hostess was kind and polite from the beginning, she instructed everything clearly, making check-in very simple and quick. The apartment is beautiful, organized, clean and super cozy, very fragrant linens, super equipped kitchen, nothing was missing during our stay, one of the best apartments I've been to and Mariana was attentive whenever I needed to get in touch. I intend to come back more often.

An excellent apt, the best that I ever stayed in Sorocaba. It had already been in other facilities in the Red, I didn't like it because of the noise of the highway, but this one did not have this problem. Apto mto novo, td mto clean, note 10.

A great surprise!!! At first, we were super excited about the photos and conversation with Markus, but when we entered the apartment, our expectations were exceeded beyond, lol. The place is impeccable, the host's attention is great, I felt like we had been living there for a few months already. My wife, our baby and I loved the place. It will certainly be our point in the next stops in Sorocaba.

We were well received in a place full of leisure for all ages, the host was of unparalleled kindness and proactivity! We love the jacuzzi and Ping-Pong in particular! The guy who cleans the pool is also very nice! My family and I had a great weekend! Thank you!!

Simone's place is simply impeccable, perfect. Extremely clean and organized, everything works well, fireplace, sauna, jacuzzi,the house is very well equipped, in the photos it already has an idea, but it is much better in person. The peace that this place offers is surreal, we will definitely return. Simone, even out of the country, made a point of staying in touch until we arrived and settled in, very dear. Evaristo and Marcio always responded promptly to any need or question about the house. The house is very beautiful as in the photos and equipped with important objects for the stay. It has a separate gourmet space, which was important. The only observation was that the pool was not heated at the time we were there. The rest was wonderful. Good internet connection (you can work from there), flexible check-in, ample space for families and pets.

Mary was very helpful from the start, it removed all my doubts, it was kind and caring. The house really is very spacious, accommodates super well. Very nice leisure area as well. Everything was clean and organized.

The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.

I took a course during the month of July in Sorocaba and chose Dani's apartment to be my home during the month. The apartment is beautiful, well planned and super cozy. It was very nice to be able to come back at the end of the day and stay in such a pleasant environment. The location is excellent, close to the main avenue of the neighborhood, with supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping. By having acoustic windows, bed and pillows super comfortable the quiet sleep was guaranteed. Dani is a super attentive, polite and kind person. I recommend to everyone who has the opportunity to stay there.
