The villa offers a fully furnished kitchen with a teppanyaki grill, a large dining table and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children's room with bunk beds and toys. The house has a total of 4 WC-bathrooms. There's also a sauna as a nice bonus. Switch things up a notch in this unique, relaxing accommodation. This 125-year-old wooden farmhouse has been beautifully renovated with many original details. The farm is located in a beautiful garden with ponds and its own sauna house with hot tub. Located in the middle of the wild nature of the Otepaa landscape park with 60 hectares of private forest. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1-1,5h. Saunarätid, käterätid, voodilinad ja joogivesi tuleb kaasa võtta. Tekid ja padjad olemas (50x60cm). Pesemiseks on dušš ja saab nautida tiigis suplust.
