Будинок знаходиться у селі Вища Дубечня Вишгородського району. Побудований 2017 року з бруса. Площа - 108 м.кв. На першому поверсі є велика вітальня-кухня, дві спальні, пічка, санвузол. На другому - велика спальня, санвузол. На території - мангал, яма для вогнища, дровник. Будинок має дві тераси, на балкон можна увійти через відкидну ляду з вулиці. Затишне місце для відпочинку невеликої компанії. Ми називаємо наш будинок Villa Porta Blu, бо маємо блакитні вхідні двері.

The apartment is next to the subway. In the vicinity there is a shopping center, cafes, restaurants, a fitness club, an aqua park, a promenade, a lake. The center is 15 minutes away. My place is good for: couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
