Our stay here was amazing! So much attention to detail was put into every aspect of this home. It was spotless and very well maintained. We enjoyed being able to use the kayaks, paddleboards, and canoe. We never felt like something was missing and never had a hard time finding what we needed. It is such a quiet and peaceful area and we spent a lot of time just sitting by the water relaxing. We loved being able to have a fire right by the water as well. The downstairs game room/theatre was a blast as well. Overall I would 100% book a stay here in the future and highly recommend it.

This was an amazing place to stay with my three year old! Laurie’s husband came out to show us around the place and my son grabbed his hand right away and was so excited! They had teddy bears and books set up for him and he loved every minute of it! When we woke up the next morning he said “I don’t wanna leave this place!” 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

The empty nest!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Marc’s and Noel’s house, which was well taken care of and also having a very convenient location with major area attractions being short drive away. We felt welcomed and like home the minute we checked-in. Both finding a house and check in was very easy due to clear instructions and very responsive hosts. Our hosts made sure that the house smelled amazing, was well lit and warm prior to our arrival, given there was a major rain storm that day. There was also a beautiful bouquet of flowers waiting for us! Marc was always within reach and took care of several minor requests we had before we checked in. The kitchenette was stocked with everything you might need, the fresh linen beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra throws and blankets throughout the house. The house itself is filled with tons of warm family memories, making it even cozier than it already is! I highly recommend this place for your future stay!

Perfect for our weekend trip to North Stonington for a family reunion. Description and pictures were very accurate. Comfy and cozy. Tastefully decorated. Nice to come ‘home’ and relax after a busy fun filled day. Local restaurants were charming, friendly and delicious.

Val was incredibly responsive and helpful as a host. She even went above and beyond to help us try to locate something we thought we left behind. The space exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The game room was amazing although we barely had time to enjoy it. This is a great space for a group looking for comfort and a lot of area to spread out and enjoy the many games, a huge deck, a beautiful open concept living and kitchen area. We would love to return for a future stay.

A Well Appointed Pad, Porch, & Patio

I always enjoy my stay at the Well Appointed Pad! I have stayed at Michael's more times than I can count at this point. I travel to the area often to visit friends, be near the ocean, ride bikes and eat delicious food. This place is perfectly located a couple blocks from Westerly's downtown area. If you like to cook many of your meals, like I do, you'll find Michael's kitchen to be stocked with all the kitchen tools and small appliances you may need. I am not joking here. I've cooked in many restaurant kitchens. This is the place! If you happen to be a cycler, like me, there's an excellent bike shop less than a mile away with the most knowledgeable bike mechanic who knows all the best routes, short, long, hilly, flat, to the beach...everything. If you just want to chill, well Michael's place is also excellent for this! He's got chaises in the side yard, a backyard for drinks with friends, a porch with rocking chairs. It's perfect!
