We had a really pleasant stay at this beautiful apartment! The place is very bright, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nenad is very pleasant and responsive, always ready to help and answer any questions. We especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—perfect for morning coffee. The apartment is located in a quiet central area, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Plenty of public transportation options are available close by, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend choosing this apartment for your next trip!

Very well performance for the price. The apartment is at the center of Belgrade, I didn't take any bus during my 7 days trip. I'm sensitive to sounds during sleeping so my only concern was the pigeons coming at the mornings, despite that I'd still rent it again.

This apartment was perfect for a city break. The positioning is great as you are at a walking distance away from the most popular places in town, and it has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Totally recommend this place and it’ll definitely be the first on the list if I ever come back to Belgrade :)

Belgrad‘a her geldiğimizde burada kalmak istiyoruz. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettiğimiz her yere çok yakın olan harika bir konumda mükemmel bir ev.

Wir haben zu viert ein langes Wochenende in Miljans toller Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und ist geräumig.Die Lage ist perfekt um Belgrad zu erkunden.Mitten im Zentrum, aber super ruhig. Miljan hat uns in der Wohnung empfangen und hat uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und zur Erkundung der Stadt gegeben.Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Evin konumu harika. Tam merkezde ve olmak isteyeceğiniz yerde kalıyorsunuz. Ev olanaklar olarak gayet yeterli ve güvenli. Djordje çok deneyimli nazik ve ilgili bir ev sahibi. Bir daha geldiğimde yine konaklamak isterim. Daha önce de konaklamıştım bu evde. Teşekkür ederim.

Everything was awesome and smooth, we spent a great time in Serbia and at Dragan's house. It was a great house, with quite a good place for working remotely and quiet area for good sleeping (despite the fact of chicken and roosters noise). The area is also nice, the food in the cafes and restaurants is better than in Belgrade (esp. huge pancakes in the fast food cafe near Gomex, they even beat our Russian ones). Dragan also suggested some locations nearby to enjoy the nature (so we had a nice picnic in Ivanovo with swans). Even though it's possible to use public transport to go to Pancevo and then to Belgrade, but it's time consuming (esp. at the weekends where the bus is scheduled once in an hour), so cars are the best option. Overall, 100% recommended. Thanks Dragan for hosting us :)

It was great to get back to Cecile’s place. This time it was warm enough to go to the thermal lake. Thermal lakes aren’t always kid friendly. We were comfortable bringing our four kids and there were other guests with children as well at the lake. Cecile’s family was helpful as always. They brought out a ladder and helped the kids get cherries from the tree in the pasture. Cecile added a bunk bed, redid one of the ceilings and added some new windows since our last stay. There is an AC unit but with the thick walls using it isn’t needed even at 32 degrees during the day. We were able to open the windows at night and stayed comfortable. The neighbors are also very nice and friendly. We got in very late and were double checking the address. The neighbor across the street came out to see if we needed any help. The kids enjoyed the ponies and we were happy to see the ponies. Both the kids and ponies enjoyed sharing watermelon.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Milka war eine super Gastgeberin, bei allen Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Anlage ist perfekt für Gruppen. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

The apartment is VERY NICE & VERY CLEAN. Looks just like in the pictures. Safe parking inside the yard is a great advantage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport. The town of Surcin has various stores and restaurants. Communication with Emilija was very good. We didn't actually meet, but she sent us very clear instructions how to get in the apartment, always replied within 5 minutes and also provided helpful tips when we asked for advice about the town. Also check-in was flexible. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning and the apartment was waiting for us 🙂

This house was wayyy better than the photo's! My guests were ALL super satisfied! The host was not only amazing but so was his wife that helped us a lot. I definitely put this in the top Airbnb's I've rented FOR SURE. (I travel for a living so that's a HUGE compliment). We will be traveling back for the same conference next year amd as soon as I have the dates, I'll be booking this lovely home again. Thank you for the great time!

Marko had a lovely space with everything you would need for a stay - plus extra! Located in a lovely condo/apartment complex in the iconic bloks, Marko’s condo was fully renovated with a modern kitchen, bathroom, washer, dryer, and AC. The condo was about a 20-30 minute walk into the center of the city and not far from grocery stores or local restaurants. There was a playground outside and a beach/playground within a short walking distance away. Marko and his family were wonderful hosts and balanced making sure we were comfortable with giving us space to explore Novi Sad. I would stay here again.

Am avut parte de o ședere foarte plăcută. Apartamentul era extrem de curat, bine întreținut și amenajat cu gust. Ne-am simțit ca acasă încă din prima clipă. Un mare plus a fost vederea – absolut superbă!! Zona este liniștită, langa un parc imens ideală pentru relaxare, dar totuși aproape de punctele de interes. Gazda a fost amabilă și comunicativă, ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare pentru un sejur fără griji. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Haziran ayının ilk haftasında balkan seyahatinde tekrar tercih ettiğimiz belgrad şehrinde kendi evimizde gibi hissedebildiğimiz için teşekkür ederiz , ilk gün uçağın rötar ve yolların kapalı olmasına rağmen bizi bekleyerek evi anlatması ayrı bir incelikti🙂 ıhlamur kokularıyla kaplı sokağında güzel bir yeni apartman dairesi , temiz ve ihtiyaclarınıza cevap verebilecek lidl ve maxi gibi marketlere yürüme mesafesinde merkez meydana ise 2 durak otobüs mesafesi 1km tekrar seyahatimde mutlaka ilk sıramızda yer olacak bir ev 🙂

Gute Location - zentral und doch ruhig, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit Luka, sowie das Check-in, waren unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen und komme nächstes Mal gern wieder. :)

Öncelikle, konum harikaydı. Her yere yürüyerek gittik, splav kulüpler hariç. Yorumlarda dikkatimi çeken nokta kapı önündeki barın sesiydi ancak biz hiç rahatsız olmadık sesten. Tam tersi orada bir bar olması hoşumuza gitti. Ev temizdi. İvan bize esnek çıkış imkanı sundu. Her şey için teşekkürler! Mükemmel!
