Vladimir was super quick at responding and friendly. He came very quickly when we had questions about how to use the washer. The place felt like home! It was clean and cozy! ☺️

I really can’t say enough positive things about our stay at Radovan’s place. He’s an incredible host who really goes above and beyond. The amazing reviews are absolutely true! His place was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. The area is amazing and my wife and I are sad to be leaving. If that didn’t explain how great it was then let me tell you we are already planning our trip back and next stay here and we will definitely be staying at Radovan’s place again. 5 stars all the way! Can’t recommend it enough.

Just very good service. We were satisfied as there was everything required for our 8 days holiday and the view unbelievable it was an extra bonus. Although the street in front in quite business from inside you do not hear any noise and the place is air-conditioned as otherwise it would have been very hot. I would definitely recommend and also I would also visit again

A beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the re-generated Belgrade Waterfront area ... right nextdoor to the convenient and enormous TC Galeria shopping mall (supermarket, cafés, shops, restaurant, cinema, etc) Peaceful, spacious, fully equipped apartment .. perfect for walking to the Belgrade Fair Hall

We had a great time in Novy Sad. We choose this flat because we wanted to fill it how it was in communist era. We stayed 3 months. If you expect Europe (German, for example) standards for a flat - don’t. But it was nothing wrong with Serbian standards:) we enjoyed it. Neighbours are quiet, location is central, cafe is downstairs. Beautiful walks next door and lots of Serbian culture

Sehr schöne Location mit allem was man braucht und mehr. Viel Platz ums Haus, so dass wir uns auch zurückziehen konnten wenn man etwas Zeit für sich selbst brauchte. Sauna, Whirlpool und ganze Wohnung einfach Top. Kommen gerne wieder. Cash-Depot für Schlüssel, haben wir das erste Mal so erlebt, aus unserer Sicht unnötig.

Everything was awesome and smooth, we spent a great time in Serbia and at Dragan's house. It was a great house, with quite a good place for working remotely and quiet area for good sleeping (despite the fact of chicken and roosters noise). The area is also nice, the food in the cafes and restaurants is better than in Belgrade (esp. huge pancakes in the fast food cafe near Gomex, they even beat our Russian ones). Dragan also suggested some locations nearby to enjoy the nature (so we had a nice picnic in Ivanovo with swans). Even though it's possible to use public transport to go to Pancevo and then to Belgrade, but it's time consuming (esp. at the weekends where the bus is scheduled once in an hour), so cars are the best option. Overall, 100% recommended. Thanks Dragan for hosting us :)

Heerlijke plek, om tot rust te komen en dichtbij bijzondere bezienswaardigheden zowel in de stad Novi Sad als er buiten. We voelden ons bijzonder welkom door de bewoners van de stad. We hebben heel erg genoten.

Milka war eine super Gastgeberin, bei allen Fragen war sie sofort erreichbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Anlage ist perfekt für Gruppen. Jederzeit wieder gerne!

I wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s a perfect retreat, especially for families with kids — there are plenty of activities and space to play. The property is huge and beautifully maintained, and the village of Čerević itself turned out to be incredibly charming and full of character. Communication with Goran was a pleasure — he was welcoming, helpful, and made everything easy. Everything was just perfect!

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen oder langen Aufenthalt benötigt. Man hat quasi ein kleines Grundstück für sich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen, abseits gelegenen Siedlung, aber fußläufig ist eine Bushaltestelle erreichbar, die einen alle paar Minuten nach Belgrad bringt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. In der Nachbarschaft laufen freundliche Hunde herum, die einen häufiger besuchen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Marko had a lovely space with everything you would need for a stay - plus extra! Located in a lovely condo/apartment complex in the iconic bloks, Marko’s condo was fully renovated with a modern kitchen, bathroom, washer, dryer, and AC. The condo was about a 20-30 minute walk into the center of the city and not far from grocery stores or local restaurants. There was a playground outside and a beach/playground within a short walking distance away. Marko and his family were wonderful hosts and balanced making sure we were comfortable with giving us space to explore Novi Sad. I would stay here again.

Milena die Gastgeberin war super, sehr freundlich und sehr nett. Wirklich eine positive gastfreundliche Gastgeberin. Freue mich sie wieder zu sehen. Der Apartman ist sehr schön, wie auf Bilder, es ist kein Fotoschop oder sonst was, wie die meisten Gastgebern machen, es war wirklich schön und sauber. Es ist jedem zu empfehlen…. Schade nehmen alle Gastgeber nicht so ernst die Gastfreundlichkeit und Beschreibung des Aprtman wie Milena. Gruss an sie und bis bald wieder.

Marina's appartment is super cosy, furnished with taste and has all facilities for a pleasent stay. We specifically liked a peaceful location little out of the city center with a beautiful view on a Donabue and with a place for a car park. Furthermore, Marina is absolutely great host, nice and super friendly. She's very responsive and helpful with the recommendations. She made our stay in Novi Sad as comfortable as possible.

Acceptable in general 👍 It is worth the price

Everything was beautiful. Dusan is a so friendly and helpful and also in the home everything was perfect and enough for us. Home was clean and it's near the Sava river so you can go to walk near the river. Actually house's place is perfect for Belgrade's most popular places. If you want to visit Belgrade or have a beautiful holiday you have to choose this home. Thank you Dusan for everything ⭐️

Milos’ apartment is ideally located in the city center, it couldn’t have been better located. It’s also clean and spacious. The lady of the check-in speaks Serbian only, but she was nice, understanding and we could understand each other using a translation app. Sometimes it gets noisy at nights due to the proximity to the center, but the bedroom isn’t close to the window, so I could sleep without problem. Milos is nice and accommodating, he offered a lift from and to the airport. A minor issue is that there’s no shower curtain, so you have to crouch in order to take a shower not to flood the bathroom, but it’s doable. Also don’t forget to bring soap and shampoo as I did, but there’s a store right next to the apartment in any case. I definitely recommend Milos’ apartment for a trip to Belgrade! I’d even book it once again for my next trip. I had an amazing stay, thank you Milos!

Very nice place. Highly recommended. The most important moment was when the taxi drivers took us to the wrong location from the airport, leaving us 1 km away from the accommodation with six suitcases. The host's husband came by car to pick us up and took our luggage. Very friendly and responsive people.

Enjoyed staying in this apartment, looks pleasant, modern and very clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful, even offering me slippers as I took off my shoes since it had been raining! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
