The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) and your pets are welcome. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Canoe rental on the river 200 m away, hiking trails and paragliding 1.5 km away, Nigloland 12 km away, cellar tours and Champagne tasting, swimming and water sports in Port Dienville, Colombey-les-2-Églises and Clairvaux Abbey. On the ground floor, you will find a living room composed of a living room with sofa bed (with an extra charge of €10/night/person), TV, decorative electric fireplace, dining area, equipped kitchen and office/teleworking area. Upstairs, you will have a double bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with baby area (possibility of extra bed for an older child), a bathroom (bathtub + sink + cosmetics), a separate toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a private and fully enclosed courtyard with garden furniture with umbrella, barbecue, relaxation lounge, and deckchairs. Bicycles and scooters will be available. To enhance and facilitate your stay, everything will be included in the price of the stay (bed made, towels, linens, heating, electricity and cleaning) except the pet supplement (€5/day/pet). I was hosted very well by François. The place was spotless, very spacious. Very well equipped and decorated with taste. Parking is a little further away but you can park in front without any problems to unload luggage. Quiet environment.

A comfortable, stylish apartment, very comfortable. Johnny communicated very clearly, and responded quickly to enquiries. He was there to meet us at the property and showed us around. The location is very close to the autoroute between Troyes and Dijon, so convenient for our journey, yet very quiet. Only sorry we couldn’t stay longer!
