Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Vltava

Chez alex et Natalia, deux couples peuvent sans souci cohabiter. Deux grands lits, peu de place autour mais salon proche d’une des chambres pour les valises . Le jour se lève tôt et pas de volets, des rideaux bien sûr mais prevoyez le masque de nuit si vous préférez dormir dans le noir :) Au premier étage, facile d’accès. Entrée pratique et accueillante, parapluies à disposition, cuisine pratique, table pour le repas conviviale , bon équipement . Salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle, toilettes non séparées mais c’est clair dans l’annonce. Un bon emplacement. Boulangerie à proximité, proche du centre ville à pied et transports en communs proches. Pour finir , une communication très facile, agréable et réactive avec Alex et Natalia, nous ne les avons pas rencontré mais tout s’est très bien passé, du début à la fin :)

Gastgeber hat immer direkt geantwortet, sehr freundlich und kooperativ. Alles super organisiert. Völlig unkomplizierter Check-in und auch Check out, Alles mit Code und ohne Schlüssel. Super Lage, man ist direkt in der Fussgängerzone. Abends ruhig, wir hatten ein Studio im 4. Stock. Auch das Schlafsofa für die 3. Person war groß und gut zu schlafen. Ausblick in den Hinterhof ist nicht der Schönste, aber es war sehr ruhig. Appartementhaus ist mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet. Parkmöglichkeit direkt um die Ecke auf einem offenen Parkplatz mit Schranke (12€ /24 Std.) Insgesamt eine sehr schöne, sehr gut gelegene, moderne und top gepflegte Unterkunft mitten im Zentrum mit vielen kulinarischen Möglichkeit angefangen von Frühstück, Mittag - und Abendessen, Kaffee, Cocktails und Snacks. Ein super schöner Ort zum Entspannen und sich rundherum wohlfühlen zu können. Wir geben 5 von 5 Sternen ⭐️

Our stay was outstanding, fabulous, just great! The location is absolutely perfect for exploring all parts of this beautiful city! On a quiet street but close to all the hustle bustle. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen….. apartment was spotless! We were there one month and cleaning lady cleaned apartment once a week and was pleasant nice lady . And wow did she make everything clean… Was a bit expensive but was relative to proximity to Vltava river, Mala Strana, castle, Charles bridge, parks and old town Praha 1. I want to give an extra thank you to Lenka… host 10+stars. She is truly amazing and made our stay even better. She went way above and beyond all expectations She is kind, helpful and always smiling. She is a gem!!!! We loved her. We Felt pampered . Hope to stay again someday. THANK YOU LENKA…we just love you! 🙏🏻

It was a really nice place to stay but I felt like it was a lot more than others. I chose this as it had air conditioning and a terrace. When arriving the bed down stairs was made not upstairs where the air conditioning is. I messaged them to find out they wanted me to pay a service charge for bringing more bedding. Then changed their minds on the fee as the place had not been fully stocked with cleaning supplies(as they allowed me early check in). I found the mattress to be stained but the bedding was clean. The fridge was small but adequate as it was only myself staying.

It's a very nice and cosy apartment with all basic things available. location is amazing that allows you to reach all the places very easily with tram stop just 2 minutes away. Everything was fantastic. I recommend any first time tourists visiting Prague. Just with kid one issue as TV is not smart we had to plan other things for him. Else excellent stay!

Wir haben super spontan einen Trip nach Prag geplant und sind sehr happy, dass wir so kurzfristig bei Michal eine schöne Unterkunft gefunden haben. Michal ist total nett und hat uns pünktlich zur verabredeten Zeit an der Unterkunft empfangen. Gerne wieder!

Siamo arrivati in una giornata infrasettimanale, aveva piovuto poco prima e per le strade non c'erano molte persone. Era il mio primo utilizzo di Airbnb e avevo timore di aver scelto una brutta zona: non è così! La zona è tranquilla e c'è un locale di cocktail vicinissimo (così come le fermate del tram per andare in centro), quindi la sera (tra le 23 e l'una e mezza) non ho avuto mai paura, perché c'erano sempre in giro e sui mezzi un po' di persone. Quando siamo tornati molto tardi, invece, abbiamo optato per un Bolt. L'appartamento è carinissimo, si vede che è stato recentemente ristrutturato. Piccolo e accogliente, perfetto per due persone. Il terrazzo è molto ampio e c'era addirittura il caffè! (Non è facile trovare del caffè decente a Praga e soprattutto non è facile trovare del caffè economico, quindi siamo stati molto contenti della macchinetta!). Unico avviso: per aprire la porta bisogna tirarla mentre si gira la chiave o non si apre. Appartamento consigliatissimo!

Peaceful stay in the heart of Prague. Everything was clean and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was very calm despite being right in the city centre. The host was welcoming and helpful – communication with Josef was smooth and professional. I had a great time here! It’s just a short walk to Kampa by the river, where you can enjoy a nice breakfast, and there’s a lovely park nearby. Many famous historical buildings are within walking distance, and it’s a joy to wander the charming alleyways of Old Prague. I recommend this place and would be happy to return.

We had a fabulous stay. The accommodations were very clean, spacious, bright and comfortable. It was a bit noisy at night but this is to be expected when you stay in the heart of old town. It’s worth it for the superb location! Easy check in and check out…Hope to go back!

this is the best location in town ! impossible to be more central in the old town, everything walkable around and the appartment is beautiful and perfect.

Nikola und Martin sind sehr hilfsbereite und kommunikative Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung ist traumhaft gelegen, mitten in der Natur. Es ist nicht weit bis zu einem kleinen Bach. Und man wohnt zwischen zwei Parks. Die Wohnung war sauber, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war eine schöne Zeit.

Mukana asunto loistavalla sijainnilla. Kaikki sujui oikein mallikkaasi. Vahva suositus tälle kohteelle.

Wir waren 5 Tage mit Hund da. Sehr schöne und wirklich saubere Ferienwohnung. Super Restaurant mit sehr gutem Essen und vielfältiger Getränkeauswahl. Sehr nette und jederzeit erreichbare Gastgeber mit tollen Ausflugstipps. Wir kommen sicher wieder, sind ja noch nicht mal durch die Bierauswahl gekommen :)
