Maringotka v háji, březovém!

Ke 100. narozeninám dostala maringotka nový kabát, a vy se můžete podívat jaký :)! Pořídili jsme si mg z roku 1921, abychom zmodernizovali náš chov včel, ale nakonec se nám jí zželelo a rozhodli jsme se ji zrekonstruovat, umístit na kouzelné místo v srdci Vysočiny a nabídnout Vám ji k odpočinku. K dispozici je naprosté soukromí, pitná H2O, čaj,káva,cukr,olej,atd.,elekřina (220V) ze slunce, lednice, plyn. vařič, kamna, velké dvoulůžko, patrová postel, venkovní sprcha a suché wc. PSI po DOMLUVĚ.

Modern furnished apartment with a beautiful panoramic view of Prague from a big terrace (12 m2) is just 2 stops by subway to the centre-Wenceslas Square or 10 mins by tram (even at night). The flat is located on 5th floor (with elevator) near Vyšehrad with many parks (10 mins’ walk). The flat has a lovely new terrace with table and 2 relaxing chairs. It's perfect for romantic evening with a wine glass. It's comfortable in summer thanks to air conditioning. Free parking in our yard (with camera).

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to Prague (20 minutes on the train).Safe, quiet environment with secluded parking ..3 800 m2 of garden and lawns that are not overlooked..Fence all around and safe ..Direct access to woods and hiking...Lots of biking opportunities and pubs all around... Close to the Valtava river and ferry to the Zoo....Pool if it gets hot, and BBQ area and patio for the evenings outside.. Strictly no parties, and not suitable for young groups, or smokers.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce najdete dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Hulsta bed, wifi 100/100, Everything you need for your stay (generous) incl. drinks, basic food for emergency cooking and more. Fresh pastry upon arrival (gluten free on timely request). Lot of storage. "Love and energy in the bricks". Reality exceeds pictures.
